After almost 5 months of sending hundreds of emails to BULEPODS, and several reviews on Trustpilot I was finally refunded $47.94 although they said they'd refund $50.00. I spent over $50. on these cheap shoes, and I've been fighting with them since August. I know that 50 bucks isn't that much money to waste that much time on, but it annoys me that so many people have given up on trying to get a refund and I wasn't going to stop until I got more than $30.00 that they've offered to other reviewers. Don't waste your money on the shoes, they're poorly made and hideous looking. If you think you're going to get a refund like they promise, it will be far less than what you spend (is that even legal?) and the aggravation of dealing with this company isn't worth it. If you want some cheap shoes, just go to Target or Walmart, at least you'll get an honest return if needed. The end.

Worst company ever. Don’t buy anything from them. They’re from China and if you don’t like what you get it cost you almost as much to send it back for a refund. Even then you won’t get a refund. The shoes I bought were not as described, they were huge and they smelled horrible.

I spent $68.98 for shoes that do not fit. The shoes are made of plastic or vinyl and they’re very uncomfortable, even if they fit they would be uncomfortable to wear. I can’t believe I’ve been so stupid yet again. Pretty sure they’re coming from China. They’ve gotten better at creating scam websites.

😱 ripped off!! Buy 2 1 free sounds good. Forget about it if they don't fit right. They offered me 15$ for my 79.99 purchase. So I have 3 shoes I will donate to Goodwill.

I'm experiencing the same thing! I was somehow routed to their website when searching for loafers with arch support. I ordered 3 pairs because the 3rd pair was supposedly free. Their site says you can cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. I sent a cancellation email only 3 hours later because I found shoes I liked better. They responded 2 days later saying unfortunately, the order had been shipped. That was a lie! The order wasn't shipped until a week later! I was told I could request a refund when I received the order. I received the shoes and they don't fit and are made of cheap materials. I sent an email asking them to send me return instructions. It took 2 days to receive as response, where they simply said they could offer me $20 and no need to return. After reading reviews here, I am certain I will have to consider this a loss! This is criminal and should be stopped!

Bulepods has to be WORST company I have ever dealt with! I ordered shoes that didn't fit and I needed to return them. I requested a shipping label and a refund.

OK, this is beyond ridiculous. Your website has a 60 day guarantee or your money back. Why have I not heard back from you? I have the feeling that you have ripped me off. Please make arrangements so that I can ship the shoes back to you and receive a full refund shipping included.

I appreciate the offer, But your website states 100% moneyback guarantee. You’re about the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

These shoes came directly from China and I would not recommend BULEPODS to anyone.

Bulepod was so responsive when I placed my order and I received my shoes promptly. However, when they did not fit and I asked for a refund, I was offered 30% of what I paid and told that it would cost three times that to send it back to the Chinese warehouse, in spite of the fact that I paid $5 shipping to get the shoes from a location in NY. After repeated emails back and forth and all the wait time inbetween because they do not answer on a 24/7 basis as they stated, they finally agreet to a 90% refund and no return of the merchandise. I will NEVER do business with them again. Their website is full of guarantees that they have no intention of fulfilling and I had to work way too hard for my refund. They have a terrible business ethic and work hard at being unreasonable and unfair.

I've sent BULEPODS about 250 total emails asking that they finish up the refund that they started. I sent about 20 emails yesterday and their one response is above. No explanation about the money they owe me which they promised to pay me back or when they will pay. It's been a few months now, they have excuses, non of which are true or valid.
If you're thinking of buying anything from BULEPODS, be sure to read everyone else's reviews. They are scammers! This is a horrible company and I don't understand why they are still in business

The slides are junk! Not worth $5.00 let alone $50.00. Don’t waste your money. This company is a total scam.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY AND PRODUCTS!!! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and they sent one of them in the wrong color. The quality - well, let’s, just say there is NO quality!!! Of course, there isn’t, they’re from China. Return process is a scam!!! Shoe order amounted to $79.97 and when I emailed them, they offered me $40. When I said I expect a full refund, they then offered me $50. Which I didn’t ever get because the return shipping label link on their website doesn’t even work. Part of the scam. RUN, RUN, RUN from this company!!!

They will not take shoes back or honor their return policy. They are "willing to give you a $15 return". It's a rippoff. They do not deserve even one star.

Scam! Scam! Scam! Poor Service, ordered 3 pairs of shoes for my disabled brother and caregiver. The oder from the shoes smelled like a chemical had been spilled on them. Cheap made. Asked for a refund and they only wanted to give me a $15 refund of $80. I agreed to send them back. Because No one can handle the smell. They said I would be charged a shipping and handling fee. Waiting on the response to see what they charge. They are a China based company. Would love to know how to report them there. Still emailing them. They are so slow to respond.

BEWARE... I was on the vionic shoe website and somehow got routed over to bulepods. my mistake. i ordered 3 pairs of shoes. in trying to return them, i was told they would give me $20 for my $109 return!!

I placed an order for three pairs of sandals. The order came to $79.97 four weeks later I received a package from this company, but it contained one pair of pants and no sandals. When I notified the company of the error, they asked me to send pictures of the package that I had received, which I did. At that point, they offered me a refund of $70! I responded telling them that anything acceptable refund was unacceptable because I did not receive the items I ordered. In return they offered me a refund of $75 telling me that they would have to deduct a handling fee (!!!!) and offered me a refund of $75. I wrote back to them and told them that was still unacceptable and demanded the full amount and have not heard back.

Very surprised at blatant scam. I too wish I had read the reviews before ordering 3 pairs of shoes totaling about $100.00. None of them fit and they were made of cheap materials and cheaply made. I emailed for a return authorization and received an email from them stating they will send me $20.00 and I can keep the shoes. I will be researching how to report this company to authorities. If anyone knows, please share.

Ordered sandals 8/7/24; arrived 27 days later! Cheap and way too wide. Refund period is 30 days. Contacted by email and asked for refund/return. They wouldn't send me a mailing label. On 9/5 they agreed to give me 1/2 of my money back. 10/29--still waiting! Do NOT waste your time. BTW, there is no phone so can't even get a real person. They now ignore my emails.

Fraudulent company. Pictures of shoes looked okay but they are “dollar store shoes”.

I should have come to this website earlier. Bulepods shoes offers refund or exchange, QUITE the opposite I spent $75.00 and they were going to refund me $20.00 keep your money the shoes are cheap and uncomfortable the straps don't secure.

This is a scam. The shoes I received, after weeks of waiting, are nothing like what I received. They are
cheap junk. I cannot get the company to respond to seeking a refund. I wish I had read the reviews before I made my purchase.
