Great branding, but weak vitamin content
The branding is really really nice, but product in hand felt much cheaper. Generally, it is really okay quality, it´s just after the stunning pictures I expected something very premium.
Where it comes to content, the pills (vitamins, probiotics) I ordered are very weak with their content. Most of your competitors have one pill = full daily requirement, where with your solution, we have to take 2 or 3 pills to meet our daily needs. That is the main reason we won´t be ordering again, as it´s just too many pills at once and makes it very uncomfortable to eat.

I really like Bulk products, however, I feel that they are always doing “discounts” and at the end you don’t know if they are trying to fool you with the prices. Scam and theft
I placed an order for vitamin B and they sent me a bottle with the safety lid open and the bottle said it contained 60 pills and inside the bottle I found 64 pills. I wrote to the company five times and they never solved the problem, they only wrote me one time saying that I hoped they would help me solve this and nothing, it's been almost a month and I have not had a response even though I have written to them, as I said, on several occasions. It is a terrible service, a deception and very poor safety in their products, how safely is one going to take open vitamins that contain more pills? Don't buy in that store, it's wasting your money!

I contacted 2 times and they put responsibilities on the carrier. So far, the order was not returned and my money is nowhere to be seen.

The parcel is indeed ready for collection... 1 MONTH AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED !!
I gave your colleague a deadline 2 weeks ago, and said that I wouldn't pick it up if it was not delivered until the end of that week. And I won't.
DHL notified me, that is correct. BUT 2 DAYS AGO!!!
I AM NOT PICKING UP THAT ORDER NOW.
And sending a 50% discount voucher is useless as I will never ever again buy from you.
It's an unreliable service. Simple as that.
