i ordered $100 order in november 2023. they said there was an issue with shipping when i asked where my order is. since i have still not received my order. i have sent 4-5 emails to 3 different bulk bully email addresses. and now they are ignoring me. they have stolen from me and i will be reporting to barrie police if i do not get my refund asap. they are scammers. do not order from them

Like the previous reviews, I am also getting no response from >5 emails regarding a $100 bully stick order I placed in November. I originally received one email that they had an issue with shipping, then created a label with UPS, which has been pending since December 11. I have tried to "Live Chat" multiple times with no response. My mom also had a subscription with bulkbullys, and cancelled it however they still took her last payment and did not ship her any product. I have never experienced this from a company, especially one that I have ordered from numerous times and supported over the years. I am saddened to see that this is occurring to many others as well. Please do not give your business to Bulk Bullys, as they seem to be very unreliable.
UPDATE Jan 25: Received what looks like a copy & paste email from Bulk Bullys on Jan 19 stating: "Hi, This is a confirmation that your order @order has now been cancelled and refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected back onto your original payment method."
The email doesn't even state an order number to make it the slightest bit believable. Not to mention my order on the account also says "fulfilled". My family member received the same email on the same day. Will update if I receive a refund.

Order in Novemebe 2023. After 10 days of the order not shipping I reaches out ant they assured me it would ship that day. Shipping label was creates but product never actually shipped. I've reached out numerous times and have received no reply. Very shocking abd disappointing as I have ordered in the past with no issues. Buyer beware.

I placed an ordered on Nov 16 2023 & it is Dec 20 2023 & have not recieved it yet. I sent an email on Dec 10th asking to cancel as I felt I would not get it by Christmas.They answered the next day, Dec 11th, saying "I want to assure you that your order will be shipped out today" . It did not get shipped until Dec 14th. This was the second time I ordered from them, giving them a second chance. The first time I placed an order it took over a month for it to arrive. I also sent emails & they promised it would be shipped by a certain time, which did not happen. I will no longer be ordering from BulkBullys.ca.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Ordered $220.48 worth of bully sticks on November 12/23. NOTHING has arrived even though the website says 2-8 business days outside of Ontario. UPS tracking says label was created but nothing has been shipped to them. Tried contacting customer service NUMEROUS times and guess what NO RESPONSE!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! THIS IS FRAUDULENT!!!!!! AFTER READING ALL THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN PERMANENTLY!!!!!!!!!! Will be contacting my cc company asking for a charge back, then will do further follow up to report this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, you will never receive your order!! They claim they ship the same day as the order...it has been over 2 weeks and no one even replies to my messages!! I see the read receipt, so I know they have viewed it, but they don't follow up!!!

Do not waste your money...stay away from this company. They used to be reliable, now the owner just takes your money and you never get your product.

I ordered 200$ bullies on October 17th, still not received. I now do not believe they have any intention of getting the order to me. The live chat is never answered, either live or later. The ups tracking (6 weeks later) says shipping label created, package not picked up. The one reply from BB I got a weeks ago after repeated emails says that ups picked the package up, which the tracking contradicts.

I will be submitting a fraud request to visa. They used to honour their orders, but either have fallen into incompetence or dishonesty.

Order from Bulk Bully’s as they promised next day fulfillment. After one week with no tracking # assigned I emailed and tried online chat and neither responded to. After two weeks with no responses I contacted Visa for a refund which I received the next day. This was a $270 order, apparently they don’t need the business. 👎

order placed Oct 25, 2023 and still nothing. Tracking says UPS label made but not picked up from the seller. Sent MULTIPLE emails to the company and no response. Their Live chat line doesn’t exist. They were quick to take the money from my Visa but their so called same day shipping is a scam. We will be lodging a complaint with Visa if we do not receive our order next week. Order #40656 in case Bulk Bullies reads this. There are other sites I will try and implore you to do the same. Just BRUTAL! Edit. Received November 24, 2023.

I am still waiting for an order I placed on Nov.6. 10 days have passed and I am still waiting. Cannot reach anyone from this "company".
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ! THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Order never received and placed 12 days ago. UPS label created a week ago and nothing. Customer service non existant. Filing a claim with credit card if I dont hear back in next two days. It’s a shame because they USED to be good. So many others in the same boat!! STAY AWAY
EDIT: order received 15 days after ordering. Never received a response from Bulk Bully until they commented on this review trying to remove it. Leaving a one star because of the non existant customer service and what I ordered and what was received were two very different things (online photos are very DECEIVING to say the least) Yak sticks were the only good thing. Wish I could attach a picture.

I ordered some dog chews in August/23, and have had the same experience as many others here. Tracking numbers that went nowhere, emails not replied to, no reply on chat, requests for refund/order cancel ignored. Ongoing requests for reviews about my experience, which I see aren't listed. When I contacted my credit card they were unable to find record of my purchase, despite the purchase amount being charged to my account. All very fishy.
Very disappointing as I prefer to support Canadian companies.
Is there any recourse?

I ordered on September 2, received a tracking number from Canada Post on September 7, but the order has not moved or been picked up for 15 days now. I have tried chatting and emailing support but have received no response.

EDIT : After escalating at paypal for a reimbursement the order was finally shipped. So the order has been shipped October 10 more than one month after the initial order date.

I was a loyal customer for years but this is just no longer a reliable company. They have charged me for hundreds of dollars worth of items I’ve never received and they ignored my repeated emails to cancel my subscription.

horrible companies, nothing but lies - they say on the website guaranteed same day shipping but nothing, weeks after placing the order and sending them emails or their online chat - just garbage - will never order from these liars again

So now they are trying to tell Trust Pilot that I mistakenly wrote about another company. Lol
They returned the money to my credit card after I requested a chargeback from my cc company and I emailed them the Canadian criminal code for fraud which is up to 14 years in jail.
Barrie police will be investigating them soon and they should be shut down. Total scammers. Also the last order I made a while back when they actually sent products I paid for - the quality wasn’t good. They smelled so bad.

Yeah, same thing as the other reviews has also happened with me. They have gone MIA in terms of communication and have not updated me on the status of my order. It's been over a month since my card was charged and still have not received any update.

BEWARE! This is not a real company! I’ve had nothing but problems with them. They take your order and your money and then never ship the product. I’ve received no responses to my emails or chat requests.
Then after 2 weeks some note that my order has been delayed and the nothing again.
DO NOT BUY!

** UPDATE- since the company is now trying to have my real and honest review removed. Consider fixing your business practices and stop scamming people. Changing your business name from Bulkbullys.com to TREAT JAR isn't the answer. Low quality bully sticks that absolutely reeked and were grimey/greasy to the touch, I had to throw them out. Huge waste of money.**

After a month of nagging, my order did arrive, however it wasn't what I paid for. I received 5 small bully sticks (they sell them in packs of 8 so that doesn't make sense). They are definitely not odor free as ordered and I will only allow my dog to eat them outside as they smell that bad. They also are NOT XXL/XXXL in size, and hes able to eat it all in under 20 minutes. I did receive the correct yak chew though. Either way, first and last time ordering and I suppose I should be thankful i received anything.

Same as the other negative reviews- I track all my purchases with the Shop app- I was notified my items had a shipping label created with UPS, but they were never actually shipped. Was told they were behind on shipping and then many packages went missing. Then was told it would be shipped out a week later. We are nearing a month with no movement. I was shocked to see other reviews on this issue dating back to 2018 on other sites, so it’s safe to say this is a scam business. Who knew you needed to do research on Canadian owned pet suppliers before you choose to support them.
