NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

Bought bamboo Bulldog razor from my local Tesco a month ago.
Bought replacement blades.
Tried to fit new blade.
Mechanism for holding blade broken- won’t hold Bulldog blade. Spring broken?

Will not buy Bulldog skincare products ever again.

Will warn family and friends that Bulldog products not fit for purpose and a waste of money.

I am writing on Trustpilot as athough Bulldog Skincare website says ‘contact details at bottom of webpage’ - There are NO CONTACT DETAILS!!!!

Further to my previous post. I was contacted the other day by Bulldog apologising that I had not received my original order. The item was reordered 2 days ago, and delivered as promised with some additional free products as a good will gesture. Thank you. It was a birthday gift but will now have to be an xmas gift for the recipient.

Terrible service. DO NOT ORDER DIRECT. After 2 weeks no products have arrived with emails answered with an automatic reply. Wish I had read these reviews before I made an order.

Appalling. DO NOT USE THEM AGAIN TO ORDER DIRECTLY. BUY FROM THE SUPERSTORE INSTEAD.
Non existent customer service. Its been 13 days since I ordered and I live in London not in some remote Australian island.

Great product been using them for ages but I'd never ordered direct before so I ordered a fair few bits Been waiting over a week and not even a dispatch email yet, UPDATE, finally got through
And they've re dispatched it and chucked a few free bits to apologise

I have ordered from Bulldog a week ago and still waiting for my order to dispatch. I have emailed them to update about the order but no response form them. Will contact bank to withdraw my money back if they didn’t deliver my parcel. Very disappointed

Like many others before me its a sad demise of a what was once a great company and product. Like many others I ordered my products 3 weeks ago and nothing as shown up and bulldog customer service have never responded to three emails. I don't know what the issue is really. I know they have become part of the Wilkinson Sword company but since this has happened they have really gone down hill. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and sadly I will never shop with them again and nor will i recommend them to any of my friends and family. Sad so sad

I do love Bulldog products, but ordering from them directly is hopeless. I ordered my products over three weeks ago now, they haven't arrived, sent them a polite email asking if my order had been dispatched as it hasn't arrived, they have ignored my email! Customer service is appauling!

made an order the 25th of june was surpose to be a gift middle of july still nothing let u use an third party app saying dispatched tried multiple contact emails nothing and of course let's blame covid 19 for high volume of tickets not the service they are not providing, have attempted contacting through facebook now awaiting a response but dont hold out much hope will probably contact paypal or bank about this con I've used them twice first time they were fine best part was this was during covid and lockdown quick and gd service now nothing

In my eyes they are crooks. Made a purchase over 6 weeks ago. Nothing ever arrived, they haven’t responded to a complaint, a Twitter post, an Instagram comment. I am waiting on a chargeback from my bank. Have never had service like this. They sent me tracking information - when you click the link, the reference isn’t recognised. Never delivered. If you look at Twitter and Instagram I am not an isolated case. Buyer beware. This was a gift for my partner.

So disappointed. Placed my order has never arrived have sent multiple emails Instagram and Twitter with no response will be going to my bank to do a charge back. Will never buy any products from them again. Edit - balldog contacted me to say my order was on its way with some substitutes and a few extras i guess as a sorry only for my order to arrive with 4 of the 7 products I ordered and no “extras” and no refund for missing items. Beyond a joke. Sadly I just won’t shop with them again

I have emailed your contact details 3 times now for an order that was placed on 2nd June for my son birthday on 6th June and it has still not arrived. He requires the products for our upcoming holiday on 30th June. I’m not getting any response from contact us and would like a refund if you can ship these products immediately thank you ORDER #22749

No response on Twitter, insta or Facebook ag all yet they keep posting adverts

Rubbish customer service, got in touch seconds after making an online purchasing mistake, no way of cancelling or amending the order. ?? Why? it's 2022!

Order was delayed but Customer Service chased it up, sorted everything and even refunded purchase cost. The products are good, particularly the Eye Roll On

Something has gone badly wrong with this company. In the past I placed an order and within days everything arrived without problem.
This time I have been waiting over two weeks and despite chasing I can get no update on my order status. There is a long update about COVID impact but everyone else seems to be moving forward now. I will be placing my next order with Mancave

Not the best . Razors dont lst long at all . When i shave my side burns the head flies off .

I have now been waiting one month for goods. nothing received. I did get on response saying "Your good will be with you tomorrow" but they never came, and since then all emails have been ignored. I am now escalating this through paypal. seems like these guys are a bunch of crooks. hope i get my money back....

Ordered from thier webiste. Delivery not recieved. I can see from the courier info that they have missed off the first line of my address. No way to contact courier so I contact customer services twice via the form on the website asking them to update the address with the courier so they coudl find me. No response received from customer services. Eventually the courier gave up and sent the goods back to Bulldog. It has been 2 weeks and I have no goods and no response from Bulldog.

Bought the sensitive bamboo shaving razor, and the quality of the blades are poor. Quite blunt to begun with giving a bad shave and rapidly get worse after each shave, leading to frequent changes and ineffective shaves. Will be switching to another brand.
