⚠️ SCAM WARNING: Do Not Use! Appalling Service & Shady Changes
I am absolutely disgusted by the service from Bulliongiants. My order was explicitly promised to arrive by the 28th of August, but it has been heavily delayed with zero proactive communication.Whenever I try calling their customer service line, the reception staff are completely useless. They refuse to give me any actual advice or updates on where my order is, leading me to believe this company is running a scam.To make matters worse, a quick look behind the scenes shows that the company has suddenly switched hands to what looks like corporate administrators. If you have active orders or have given them money, I highly recommend calling your bank or credit card company ASAP to initiate a chargeback and protect your funds. Avoid this company at all costs!

I purchased a 20g gold bar and a 10g gold bar from BullionGiant. At the time of placing my order, the information published on their website stated that orders would be dispatched after 28 August with next-day delivery.
Unfortunately, this information has now changed, and I have been informed that orders will instead be dispatched from 4 September. This is not what was communicated when I placed and paid for my order.
Given the significant value of the purchase, this unexpected change has understandably caused me concern about when I will receive my order. I would have expected much clearer and more reliable communication from a bullion dealer.
Based on my experience so far, I am very disappointed with the service and cannot currently recommend the company. I hope my complete order is delivered safely and without any further delay.

AVOID this company, I have raised a fraud case with this company.Suspicions we raised follow placing a high value order , was a previously a reputable company but recently changed hands and just seen another similar customer review with similar stalling tactics for a refund and now company is unresponsive and cited in a number of forums suggesting this could be a scam , don't make same mistake like me.

Warning: Promised a refund 14 days ago for £8,336.71 - Zero funds received.
I am writing this review to warn other buyers about my experience with Bullion Giant (BG Metals Ltd). I placed a high-value order and officially requested a cancellation pre-dispatch, which the company accepted.Exactly 14 days ago, they issued an official written refund receipt for £8,336.71 (after deducting an unauthorized fee of £926.30 ). Despite their legal 14-day window expiring, zero funds have cleared my account.When challenged, customer support claimed the money was caught in "final bank checks" but refused to provide an Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) or Faster Payments ID. Yesterday, I spoke to them again, and they promised a team member would send a physical bank receipt today. That deadline has passed, and nothing has been sent.This matter has now been escalated as a high-value purchase fraud dispute to the Halifax Fraud Team, and formal reports have been submitted to Action Fraud and Trading Standards via Citizens Advice. If you are considering buying from this company, be aware that they are withholding customer funds and using continuous stalling tactics to avoid paying back refunds.
Everyone report them to action FRAUD AND THE POLICE ALSO LOOK ON COMPANIES HOUSE WE CAN SUE THE DIRECTOR WHO STOLE ALL OF OUR MONEY....
