I feel this is a very genuine company,having sold some coins the money was transferred very quickly,and I was dealt with very professionally,won’t hesitate to use them again as I believe trust is the most important part factor which I didn’t feel when using some of the others

I have never been into bullion before and was hesitant to begin with but when I spoke to Robert he made me feel at ease and went through all the possible details I required to make my 1st purchase. Later, I was checked by Richard once every month to see how I was doing and has been updating me about recent gold price surge and encouraging to buy more as the price might hit 18k sometime this year.

Very good experience dealing with Bullion House. I have been wanting to sell a gold coin for a while now. Was a bit concerned about putting the coin in the post but Richard talked me through it all. I put it in the post 2 days ago fully insured special delivery and it was received by them yesterday. Today I was paid a very good price for my Britannia and I am very happy. Can definitely say my experience selling to Bullion House has been a very good one and I am very pleased.

Extremely professional, friendly and efficient service. I took my gold sovereigns to their offices, received a confirmation of deposit and was paid the next day. A fair price too. Would thoroughly recommend.

All new Coins are explained by the representative and when a coin is ordered it is dispatched very quickly/ or held if the date of delivery is not convenient. They keep you fully informed.

Fantastic company to deal with - I’ve used them a number of times to buy from and they are totally transparent, extremely trustworthy and offer a great service. Super quick delivery and keep you informed every step of the way. The products are top quality and well packaged. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

This is a FRAUD company! I wrote earlier, and it was flossed over, bank wrote me back confirming it. I had to hire solicitors to get my investment back. It has cost me 10K and other cost. So what now? I mean really? I paid for gold bullion, never got it, was contacted by different staff members, zero assurances on the value or authenticity of the gold... The Bank said it fraudulant. So what next?It has taken 2.5 years to get this far! These people continue to trade? I feel very robbed.

What reference? As trustpilot need this taken down? Are you trustpilot complicit in this? I have contacted the company and they have not answered me back! I have documents to prove it. This happened way back in 2020, why have bullion house not done anything about it? How did I recently finally get all of my investment back when they would not? They kept it all quiet.... I would be asking them questions not me! I find this totally ridiculous that this sort of thing should be going on, and you fully support it. It can be defamatory, but in this case it is all true. Awaiting financial ombudsman outcome next! But I doubt they will do much. What evidence do you need?

Not my first time working with bullion house. The reason I come back is because they go above and beyond what's asked of them to make you feel comfortable and take care of every detail. I have always worked with Robert and he makes the process very easy and takes care of everything. My last purchase I needed it delivered and he took the time to deliver it by hand to me. Can't praise him enough and he and bullion house are my go to guys in london. Don't hesitate to use their services.

First time I’ve thought of this kind of investment and a gentleman called Robert was recommended to myself. Must say Robert made everything so simple and easy took away all the trepidation involved. This company is racist and transphobic. It started off with a consultation and I proceeded to purchase a coin, and then another so they would be sent out together. Was lied to and said they would send out, asked for some documents for AML which I had no objections to, apparently my documents had failed AML but I am CONVINCED this because they heard me (transgender) and the documents I provided was me as a female. They don’t respect to emails or calls when you are chasing down your order. “Compliance” are doing there necessary checks to combat fraud, why would my order be fraudulent, because I’m black? The tone in which some of the staff had spoken to me once I tell my name is rather concerning. They have now taken over £4000 of my money but won’t release my coins and won’t respond to my emails. I am almost very tempted to request a chargeback through my bank as dealing with company now is hopeless. STAY AWAY from this company and don’t fall for their easy going laid back approach because that’s how they reel you in but will leave you high and dry.

First time trading with this company and what a pleasure it was, coin delivered next day as promised no waiting months for the coin to come as with other company's, highly recommend them. will certainly do more trades with them.

This company lies consistently.
I have a severely disabled son and I had been saving up for years to invest in bullion for him so that he had a secure future.
Bullion house took my sons money £18100 and sold me coin sets that have been valued by two other well respected companies at half of what I paid.
Shame on this company for misleading me and ruining my disabled sons future.

my experience was very poor with bullion house they lie a lot telling you 100% buy back well your never get that
i guarantee you . first time i sold took in a matter of mins to get a price next time i had to wait over 24 hours
id warn you not to hold any thing with them

Have purchased through BH on multiple occasions now and they are second to none. The prices are consistently cheaper than any other online sellers of precious metals and the customer service has been incredible. You have support/advice to help with all investment goals and values! Couldn't recommend enough and will only be using BH for all future purchases.
