this place took my A lot of money, lied about having it in their account and, refusing to give me a refund or my products, it has been 2 months and had to get a legal rep, also beware because they operate under different business names so always verify where the money goes and ask them to see the product in person before purchasing ! There’s a ton of reviews that say their whole system is compromised, If anybody went through a similar experience

Quick delivery

There was prompt communication and alternative shipping was offered when Canada Post was threatening a strike. I was able to get a coin that was sold out at Canadian Mint.

Two of the deliveries looked really well the third card the gram of gold is crooked in there it looks very sloppy not what should be sent out to customers I was not happy with the one purchase

I have made two purchases from Bullion Mart. Their prices are competitive and I really like their specials that appear from time to time.

My package was stolen. See other reviews and their google reviews. Most of their reviews are fake and its their employees.

They refuse to help or reimburse anything, not even partly. You will lose your money and they don't care since they already got theirs. They are basically stealing from people. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE FRAUDULENTLY PICKED UP. Police are investigating this store and Canada Post. Share this and do not let anyone else get scammed by these greedy people. They are rude and angry

My package was sent via Post Canada and was stolen. Until now, I haven't seen good intentions from the company to replace or reimburse.
This Google rating can be changed whenever the company considers my complaint seriously.

UPDATE: Instead of showing good intentions for me to erase my rating, the seller tried to remove it by claiming it is defamatory. This is simply worrisome to me, as what I paid them was not a cream or perfume - it was a precious item.
