Premium is very limited before you have to pay even more. You can only like a few people that never take up any conversation b4 u have to pay more. It's a rip off
Waste of time
Waste of time, constantly asking for money and all it's good for is finding more ways to try and get you to pay for messages or contact.

Minus Rating If I Could
If I could give a zero I would. I tried registering but they refused my verification image.
I contacted support and 7 days later got a reply, their exact words are the following in one point
" We check that the photos you have uploaded to your profile are the same person that we see in the verification photo"
They then proceed to tell me that maybe my hand gesture is different and so on and so on and so on.
SO, they admit my verification photo is indeed me yet they will not verify me. BUMBLE, i am not that desperate that i spend hours and hours attempting to get verified when even you admit my photo is indeed me,
In any case I have deleted my profile and will never ever deal with your ridiculous dating app, in a nutshell, stupidity obviously reigns at Bumble, starting from the top. Obviosuly Whitney Wolfe Herd has made millions from ignorance or arrogance or she has no idea what is going on
I was a paid member for 9 months
I was a paid member for 9 months. Im now in my 60s but women consider me handsome, and Im very athletic and very bright, but not rich...
I see 3 months now is 140.00 plus tax... no way would I pay for this again. I never had a date, and the women were obnoxious eventually, bad girls in a candy store at best. I paid originally, 40.00 for three months... anyway, ya, you gots to pay more for more "features," and they have to write you first... many are just scammers or in some really messed up situation...
I (33M) reported a user (30F) for Swearing/Insults but no action taken
I (male) reported a user (female) who swore at me within the app. This was not an off the app, a couple of dates and weeks later argument but on the app. I provided screenshots to support. Playing devil's advocate, let's assume I attacked, insulted or other behaviour that was unkind the user and so the swearing (dropping the f-bomb and insulting my physical appearance) was warranted, I would likely not report the user for fear that this would back-fire and I would be banned. That was of course not the case, this came as somewhat of a surprise, clearly the user took incredible offense but such a reaction is uncalled for by any means and a bit too much regardless. Nevertheless, I took screenshots and reported the conversation, confident that I had not said anything with ill intent. I reported the user under the conduct guidelines of "Abusive Conduct" under which the company states "Our community is for creating kind connections. We don't allow content or behavior that makes any individual or group feel harassed, bullied, or targeted. That includes BELITTLING, INSULTS (emphasis mine)..." If that does not go against these guidelines I honestly do not know what does. No action was taken against her. I can guarantee had this been the reverse as a guy on this platform insulting a woman I would be instantly banned (and rightly so) but the point being the double standard. I cannot get over the fact that Support found no wrongdoing despite a swear word and an insult to a facial feature of mine. The user continued to be online as I could still see the connection. I thought maybe that is a remnant and the profile remains as such but in reality is deactivated so I double checked by asking for a GDPR report of my data. There is a section of reports made against others and 'zero' appeared under that section so Support did not even file the case against this user altogether. How such behaviour can be allowed by a female to a male, all because this is a "dating app where women make the first move" is both astonishing yet unsuprising.
I imagine Bumble will reply to this post as they have done in some others to provide a good outside appearance and suggest to contact them directly but this has been reported already so to pretend to care after all of this would be insulting and a clear case of PR management.
The fact that there are no repercussions for such behaviour (specifically from female to male), and to treat someone online that you would like not do in person is why I left the app and recommend others to avoid.
Don’t waste your time or money
Don’t waste your time or money. Horrible choices, never got a date. But they sure took all my money in the meantime, even when I wasn’t using the app. If you’re going to charge so much, make the service better.
Within the first week
Within the first week, I was hit with multiple fake profiles, wasting my time and emotions. Now, I'm not sure who is real or fake. The adventure of finding someone turned into an investigation instead.
A waste of my time. Impossible to verify my photo
I spent a lot of time setting up my account and after all that it was impossible to get my photo verified. I must have tried over 30 times.
A waste of my time as I had to give up

Bumble works well in Portugal and is especially suitable for those looking for serious, long-term relationships.
Sucks expensive for losers!
Customer service is slow and rude
Customer service is slow and rude. They are more interested in taking your money than providing a quality transparent experience.
Unfairly banned
Paid $200 for a lifetime subscription and got unfairly banned with no proof. They claimed I was “not kind” but gave zero evidence. Before that, the algorithm already stopped giving me matches. Now I’ve lost both service and money. This is an unfair commercial practice and shows no respect for customers. Avoid this app.
Scam
They didn’t just block my profile for no reason, they also made me buy two different subscriptions while I was being blocked and aren’t planning to refund. Everything on my profile was accurate - photos verified, name, work info, etc. Even had IG ID added. When I asked why is this profile blocked - no response. I didn’t talk or match with anyone else, which I found odd and started buying their subscriptions, later I realised something was wrong with my profile and I wasn’t visible to others. Don’t get scammed by this app, try to sign up for something else.
Worst Dating App! Total Scam.
Worst Dating App – bumble is equal with Scam and Fraud!
I created a Bumble account just 2 days ago, and without any reason my profile was suddenly blocked. In this short time I didn’t get a single like, match, or chat – nothing at all. Then out of nowhere, my account is gone.
I tried to contact their so-called "customer support," but of course there is no response. They completely ignore users.
Bumble is nothing but a scam designed to take people’s money without offering any real service. I personally know several others who had their accounts blocked right after paying for subscriptions, with Bumble charging them hundreds of euros directly from their bank accounts.
This is the biggest fraud on the dating market.
They take your money, block your profile, and vanish. No help, no support, no justice.
Avoid Bumble at all costs – save your time, money, and nerves.
Won't remove scammers
Recently rejoined. Nothing has changed. Full of time wasters, chancers and scammers. Seems full of profiles of men wanting intimacy without commitment.....so basically after sex only! Losers.
Reported a scammer using stolen photos, they gave him a warning! Bizarre, why not remove the profile when evidence is clearly there that it's a fake profile?
Matched, arranged a date then ghosted
I matched with a girl over the app, exchanged numbers and arranged to meet for a date the next day around Bond Street (I add this context as rightly so, sometimes guys don't put in this basic effort and I believe this to be a minimum but also that I had made this small effort to pick and book a bar for drinks). On my way there, I check and see she unfollowed, blocked my number when I was 10 minutes away from the bar. Our last message about an hour ago was "on my way" and her response being "see you in a bit" then suddenly poof! First time I had experienced this in dating to be ghosted for no apparent reason. Not even a courtesy "sorry I know this is short notice but I do not feel like we would connect" or something. I had reported the profile describing the situation but no action was taken (as I found her profile by filtering on my mates account a week later) so this user is still part of the "community". Not a community I want to be part of if that is the level of respect shown (and I am sure the applies in reverse to guys doing this too). She will inevitably repeat behaviour as she did so without any consequence.
This so called "dating site" is a SCAM
This so called "dating site" is a SCAM. It's riddled with fake female profiles and is clearly designed to make as much money as possible rather than actually connecting people.
I am a very good looking and well built early retiree and a millionaire with zero debt. Yet, I can't meet anyone on here - despite my profile and photos being "verified" by Bumble.
It’s impossible to even join this…
It’s impossible to even join this dating site in the app. It keeps repeating the security checks, and you can never get past them. Hopeless app, needs a complete overhaul.
