My husband signed me up for a six month subscription it’s now been over a year and six months since i’ve had my baby. They make it imposible to cancel! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SCAM! No website to talk to their “mom squad” the page doesn’t load. There’s no customer care number. We can’t even log into our account anymore it’s almost like it doesn’t exist. We’re having to dispute the charges with our credit card company.

Wish I would have read this before interacting with the company. I echo all the other negative reviews are accurate. I bought a 6 month subscription for an expectant mother… even if the fine print says the subscription renews automatically, no reasonable person would think you would continue a pregnancy subscription after the baby arrives! Plus my daughter moved and never received the post-pregnancy boxes and I just realized I have been charged the past 9 months! It’s obviously a scam… and it’s a shame because they had some cute items in the boxes she did receive.

Terrible customer service, monthly products are a total waste of money. I bought this as a gift. After 4 monthly deliveries, the mom to be called me and said, "please don't waste your money". Products were never used and on top of all that, I had to pay to cancel the subscription. Please do NOT WASTE your money on this product.

SCAM ALERT - Customers be warned that the number of months they sell you is IN NO WAY related to their billing. The "six month", "nine month" and "twelve month" means nothing and is intentionally misleading you. They will keep billing you forever and just stop sending you products. Thankfully my credit card company is taking care of them, but be warned. This company is up to no good at your expense.

Wanted expedited shipping for my gift to my niece, but after I ordered the gift, it was not shown on the receipt. I have tried to contact the company, but they do not answer the phone or respond to texts. Very disappointing customer service. I hope she receives the gift. Their gift boxes are a nice idea.

They are very misleading in their advertisement and hold you to your subscription even if you are not happy with the items received. They do not think the box through. They sent me iron pills. When they should know that any pregnant person would already be on a prenatal and adding more iron to your routine will constipate you. The box was Very disappointing and cheap items. Not worth it. Stay away from it

Completely disappointed! I bought my friend 6months of boxes to celebrate her pregnancy and new baby! She got the first box and I didn’t think about it again. 11 months later I find out they’re still charging me and she’s still receiving boxes!! My friend thanked me but said the babies 3 months so the boxes don’t have to keep coming!! I had NO IDEA!! Sure enough they were charging me every month. There is apparently not a 6 month subscription…in fact after 6 months it just auto renews and keeps going!!! I contacted support 3 times including a supervisor and they did nothing!! No refund, nothing but “I am sorry you didn’t read the fine print”. I’m so mad. What was supposed to be a lovely $300 gift turned into over 900 and now I wish I had just bought her the crib. Don’t do business with them. Put together your own box!

I cannot explain how much of a waste this is. A good majority of the products have nothing at all to do with pregnancy and it’s a bunch of cheap “self care” items such as lotions, a million different scrubs, and really just useless crap that’s not even that great of quality.. reminds me of dollar store products. The baby / pregnancy items are rare and it’s mostly cheap junk as well. I’d say I liked about 20-30% of the items I received. The 4th trimester box “bitsy” is a waste as well. Total the stuff in the box is equivalent to about $25 worth of stuff. Do not waste your money. Also got a lot of repeat items.

The Bump box is a great gift idea to self or others. However the customer service I received was not up to par. I did 6 mo subscription for myself then I did it for a family member for 6 months. I emailed them for assistance on cancelation. This didn’t not take place I ended up paying for two more boxes that I did not need. I requested a refund for the 8th box it is not due to be delivered until mid Feb. and I was denied a refund. This is not best practice and this is not how you treat paying loyal customers.

Paid for 6 months. Got billed an extra month. So I reached out and was basically told "Yeah, well. We billed you an extra month because after the 6 months you pay for we will keep billing you at full price. It's up to you to look out for that in the fine print" and they told me if I don't like it to cancel (and I did that promptly)

Got a box for my sister as a gift and on a hunch I opened it to check it before I gave it to her....
The products look like someone dragged them out from underneath a couch. I'm talking ripped packaging covered in dust and wrinkled like they were sitting crushed in a warehouse for a year. And literally tossed in the box with paper confetti. The sleeping mask looks cheaper than something you'd find at the dollar store. Even the body butter jar felt like the cheapest plastic on earth, it make a cracking sound when I picked it up. I'm embarrassed to give her this. Save your $50 and get a decent gift.

First of all I ordered a nine month subscription and didn’t read all the fine print to see where no matter what you order they will keep charging you until you cancel!! Delivery is very slow and some of the products are cheaply made! Some of the clothing I received had holes in them!! Not worth the money!! Don’t subscribe!!

I signed up for the 9 month subscription. I was highly disappointed in the boxes. They have no way to customize what you receive. Also you pay 50 dollars a box for about $20 dollars worth of items. Absolutely not worth the price. I also had the same problem as many of the other reviewers. It was nearly impossible to cancel and they continue to charge after what you signed up for. I signed up for 9 months but was charged for a tenth month. When I contacted them about the cancellation and for a refund I was completely ignored. After searching I found a contact number but when you call it you get a recording that sounds like it’s a personal phone. Definitely is a shady company that screws you out of $50 dollars a month. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I had to give them a star to write this but they dont get 0 stars, they have a subscription system that is not even valid then they continue to keep charging you and will not refund you money... when i signed up i selected the 9 month subscription. they are continuing to charge me, and will not process a refund. that is fraud!!!!!! they have the worst customer service and only communicate via email. this is the worst company i have had dealings with in a very long time.

Hubby signed up us for what we thought would be a fun monthly box for our first baby together. but honestly I feel like we wasted a lot of money with this company… I’ve received 5 out of 9 boxes so far. I put an allergy request in after receiving box #3 because everything they sent with fragrance included lavender which is the only thing I’m allergic to. I reached out and got a super friendly response and was ensured a note had been left on my account. I was also suppose to receive a send back slip for a lavender item to receive credit on my account. Not only did I receive a lavender item right after in my next box.. but I also never received the return slip for the lavender foot rub for credit,. which was the most expensive item in that months box…
Also there billing and shipping is messed up and they should consider another shipping company. Pulling money of out my account on the 2nd of each month but not receiveing my order until almost the 2nd of the following month is ridiculous ! It also doesn’t allow you to open your box to see what you got before you customize your next months box… so twice now I added items to “customize” my box and received them twice because they were included in the last box which hadn’t even arrived yet.. You should pay the 2nd, be receiving your box around the 15-20th, then able to customize the following months box until the 1st? That would make more sense.
I don’t want a response from the company explaining how you do your best, how I can contact you and wadda Wadda wadda, I would just start taking your customers advice on how you could better your company.. I was very disappointment to see the amount of negative reviews towards you and really wish I would’ve done my research before I let my spouse put his credit card down on your business., also I’m only continuing to suppose the subscription due to the negative reviews on the cancellation policy… which I also think is ridiculous… your here to help moms but what happens if one signs up with you and loses there job ? Can you really justify taking that persons money knowing they can’t afford the subscription anymore with a child on the way ? If anything you should be promoting no commitment no charge cancellations.. that’s what would really HELP a mother
Update #2, Was charged $50 for extras I put into my box and not one item arrived !! Cancelling this subscription immediately and removing my card on file.. and if they charge anymore than cancellion
Fees they will be taken to court for charging my card !
