IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL

IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL! My daughter had her baby in May and everytime I try to login to cancel, it says OOPS can't find the email. You call and no one is available to take your call and disconnected!

Scam

They will charge you and refuse to refund your money for boxes not received. I did a nine month subscription, was still charged afterwards and no boxes were delivered for the additional months. This is a scam service. Do not do it.

Edit: Sara I have tried to contact via email and have only gotten nasty emails back from a Jessica H. In fact today, she sent me an email, then later respond to her own reply with and I quote, “It’s been 5 hours since I contacted you.” Obviously your customer service team thinks no one works for a living and is at the mercy of answering emails as soon as they are sent. But don’t worry I’m disputing the charges with my credit card company and will have my refund for those items not received one way or another.

This company has terrible customer…

This company has terrible customer service. I ordered 6 months of boxes to be sent to a family member. The boxes did not come every month. It was more like every other month but I've been charged now for 10 consecutive months. I have emailed them countless times with automated responses. It goes from why are you unhappy with our company to we cannot find your account. I have now reported these charges as fraud through my bank. The number listed on their website has a message about the company then says we are not taking calls at this time. I've been calling for months and get the same message. The concept is nice but I would never order from them again.

Not worth the money

Signed up for 6 month subscription and marked that I did not want it to continue after that month to month. They went ahead and auto renewed me and didn't care I never wanted it. Products are meh, mostly made of cheap material. Never got emailed to warn me my box was coming up and that I could customize my box. Customer service is rude and no help. Overall, not worth the month. They need to understand their clientele, pregnant women going through many life changes or a busy parent who's exhausted all the time. Communicate better and don't auto renew when clearly it was marked no.

CAN I GIVE ZERO STARS?? This company is dishonest and immoral. First off, don't waste your money even for a second. These products are garbage, and useless. Advertised as "customized" for where you are in your pregnancy... FALSE. It was all the same garbage every time. some lip balm and a face mask, or some low quality hand lotion. $60 bucks a month?? give me a break. I can goto CVS and get what I want for $5.

I purchased a 6 month bundle. I only wanted 6 months. After 6 months, they started sending me some other product called "bitsy" and continued charging my credit card without my authorization. They claim I agreed to the terms by showing me a poorly worded, but very well hidden sentence that says they will keep sending me these boxes of garbage after my purchase of 6 months expires. Its like the shady gym membership at Joe's Jym down the street...if you don't say anything, they will keep taking your money and laugh about it all the ay to the bank

I politely requested that I receive a refund for the 3 months of TRASH they kept charging me for and these assinine morons refused, over and over and over again. Their idea of customer service is to STEAL YOUR MONEY and then NOT GIVE IT BACK! When you think about it its actually a brilliant business model....after you have your baby, the absolute LAST thing you're thinking about is making sure that you cancelled that lame ass box bundle you got half a year ago. SO they disguise it with a new color box, new name on the box, same worthless items, and run your credit card.

DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!! ITS ABSOLUTE WASTE OF YOUR MONEY!

Do NOT buy this subscription. I tell anyone and everyone I can how horrible this company is. The items they ship are from the dollar store at best. If it’s a onsie it’s cheap, crappy, rough material. They put some random cheap face wash in literally every box. It’s a nightmare to cancel. I emailed MULTIPLE times about cancellation. I had to wait until the whole thing was over and then they sent me one again! After all the emails about canceling. I would like this junk to stop showing up at my house. Horrible customer service, horrible business, and horrible junk for products.

I purchased a 6 month subscription to…

I purchased a 6 month subscription to bump boxes and upgraded to the premium boxes. So I pay about $51 for each box. I do NOT recommend these boxes at all because everything that comes in the box is dollar store quality. I would gladly pay under $20 for a box like this but that's it. Nothing in here has really even been useful during pregnancy if I'm being honest. I've received extremely cheap quality water bottles, a foot soak and scrub (which again was dollar store quality upcharged like crazy), a microfiber hair wrap, makeup removing cloth, some oil to rub on my growing belly, and the smallest little jar of Epsom salt (which you can get a 1 lb bag of Epsom salt at dollar tree for $1) So if you want to throw away money by all means purchase a subscription. I would rather stick to fab fit fun boxes.

DONT BUY A SUBSCRIPTION

IMO this is a criminal organization. I purchased a 6 month subscription for my pregnant partner. Most products were of low quality or useless given my partners stage of pregnancy. I did not consent to auto renewal, and their website/cancellation pathways are not clear and they’ve continued to bill me and send me boxes for 4months after my desired subscription period even after several phone and email requests to cancel. In response to my most recent request they literally emailed me back trying to get me to buy ANOTHER bundle instead of dealing with my request. DO NOT get yourself trapped with this subscription box!!

Customer service is trash. $25 to cancel.

Honestly, the WORST subscription and worst customer service on the planet. I signed up for a box and changed my mind within an hour after reading reviews. Seriously, save yourself some heartache and just read the reviews.
Anyway, I emailed to cancel within 30 mins. They sent a box anyway and never got back to me on my cancelation. Big surprise. I submitted a request to cancel AGAIN and had to confirm back and forth with the rep that I did indeed want to cancel 5 times. It was ridiculous. The kicker? They charge a $25 cancelation fee. So yeah. There are better boxes out there. This one is trash and honestly not even pregnancy related. Just general beauty care garbage you can get at Walmart for half the price.

Not a good subscription

I've received several items that contain ingredients that aren't proven safe to use during pregnancy. The most recent item being herbal tea that contains camomile, which is not recommended for pregnant women. Other items I've found are pretty cheap and useless. Not worth the money.

Will keep billling you even with a six month subscription

It is not a good site should you wish to give this as a gift to your daughter/daughter-in-law. It doesn't allow them to go into your account unless she has your billing information, email address and password. I signed up for a six month subscription and unless you cancel directly with them, it automatically renews each month. Customer service was awful and they were unable to credit you for items after your six month subscription

Beware- very very hard to cancel

Beware- very very hard to cancel. I signed up for a 6 month subscription and the charges and boxes keep coming. I emailed several times trying to cancel and waited endlessly while calling and trying to get a live person to no avail. I'm going to instruct my credit card company not to accept anymore charges.

Do not sign up!! Scam.

I wish I would have taken the time to read these reviews prior to subscription. I ordered this as a gift for my sister, 6 month subscription, only to be automatically charged for months following bc they continue your subscription. I was finally able to get on the phone with a customer service rep who always claimed title of a manager and would not refund or return any of the money.

Why would i pay to be in a 6 month subscription if i wanted to spend 6 more months worth of money???? Makes no sense, company is a straight scam.... I am not the only one who has experienced this so will also be filing more complaints.

If you want to pay to help companies…

If you want to pay to help companies market their products then this service is for you! You are literally paying for a bunch of crap that is intended only to entice future purchases. Samples that are not free! There is no way to cancel once you realize the scam, so don't sign up in the first place!

very poor customer service

Despite canceling the subscription (with confirmation of my cancellation via email), they charged me for and sent boxes. I contacted the company but they have failed to respond after 2 months of attempting to message and still getting charged.

Not worth the pain

The boxes were ok and seemed like a nice gift to give to loved ones that are pregnant.
However, they automatically continue charging you after your subscription ends and then make it difficult to cancel your "subscription". They also charge you money to cancel it even though you technically only signed up for whatever amount of time you initially purchased (in my case six months subscription...then they continue to charge money every month after that until you notice and spend precious amounts of time and energy trying to get them to cancel the stupid thing)
I do NOT recommend. Not worth it.

Keep Charging After Subscription Runs Out

Signed up for my daughter and apparently the fine print says that even after you sign up specifically for a 6 month subscription they will keep sending and charging you. I had no idea this was going on because the emails were being sent to my daughter, but the charging was going to me. BEWARE! They will not refund and you cannot return anything. Way better companies out there with better quality items. When I saw what had been sent each month to my daughter, I was disappointed.

First things first,

First things first,
The box I received really wasn’t worth it. A tube of diaper rash ointment, a sample size of hibiscus tea (that I’m too early in my pregnancy to safely try), a changing mat that’s really nothing special compared to what I already have, and a spray to help with swelling. Then there’s plenty of coupons they send, but why pay for coupons in a box when you already get them in the newspaper or directly from the product site? They tout the “free breast pump” like that’s not already something offered by most major insurances now (theirs is as well, it’s just the filing with insurance to get it).

Now, I did get this box for “free” but don’t let that fool you. They have a $25 cancellation fee. I paid $25 for diaper cream, a sample of tea, what equates to a $5 changing pad, and an oil spray that I haven’t noticed any difference with. That’s on top of trying to get their customer service to follow through and dealing with sales responses rather than a “we’re sorry to see you go!” And a simple cancellation of services.
