BumpsnScuffs Reviews

I was absolutely delighted with the work Dean did on my Mokka. Some kind person scraped the near side wing and bumper also slight Knick on the near side mirror. My appointment was made very quickly and the work was superb. Couldn’t see the join. Well done.

A Fantastic job on my Black Insignia. Rear passenger bumper corner in some places down to the metal (nice person had caused by hitting me whilst I was shopping and parked in a shopping centre) The repair and paintwork is amazing and exact. Dean and his partner have done a Brilliant job at an excellent price.
Massive thanks boys

Absolutely terrible job carried out by this cowboy! I asked Dean to repair a scrape to the front corner of my Range Rover and a curbed alloy wheel. He failed to do that leaving paint runs, orange peel moisture bubbles and flat paint all over the front corner, oh and the alloy wheel he was supposed to refurbish he only painted a quarter of making it a complete mismatch to the rest of the wheel. On his return visit 4 weeks later to rectify the issues which he didn’t he also burnt through the lacquer trying to buff it and additionally purposely damaged my door handle because I told him how garbage his work is (btw you failed to notice the camera pointed on you) promised me a refund for the alloy wheel but sped off in his van as soon as he packed up. Clearly these reviews are fake or being edited by a third party because this guys work is terrible. Stay clear get it done professionally.
I’ll leave the pictures of his work on this review for you all to see as he likes to make excuses and talk rubbish.
See you in court!

Had an argument with a towbar leaving the rear bumper of my BMW badly dented and cracked. Dean did a brilliant job repairing it and now the bumper looks as good as new. All at a very reasonable price. Should the need arise, I would definitely use BumpsnScuffs again. Highly recommended.

Easy to arrange, great communication from Dean and the large scratch/dent from my car was magically removed!!! Absolutely outstanding value and experience!!!

He was extremely professional, courteous, hardworking, amenable.
He responded to my text and gave me an appointment within 2 weeks fitting around my work timetable. I misread the times and he rearranged his schedule on the day to fit in with me.

He arrived on time and worked in the scorching heat for 3 and a half hours non stop. He even spotted some further minor damage which he repaired at no extra cost and stuck to the original quote.
I cannot recommend him enough on his superb job and attitude. First Class

Sincere apologies to BumpsnScuffs confusing this Manchester based firm with a local firm (Sussex) called BumpnScuffs

I wish the Manchester based firm were local to me given there amazing reviews and have edited my review accordingly.

Sorry for the confusion

Professional and quality service

Dean and his colleague undertook a half days project on my car where they expertly removed bumper dents, scratches, scuffs and completely transformed the alloys.
Highly recommended.

Brilliant Service from Dean. Would recommend anyone to get a quote than from other bodyworks shops.

Very good service from start to finish, prompt response to quote request, equally prompt in providing a date for the repair with only 3 days to wait. Kept me informed when he was delayed, carried out a repair in very trying weather conditions. Delighted with the result. Left the area neat and tidy.

Did a brilliant job on my front bumper which had a bad dent and needed a paint job. Dean explained what was needed to be done. Took their time to get the job done professionally, and now can't tell that there was a dent. Fully recommend.

Great service from Dean my diamond cut alloy looks brand new after I caught it on the curb! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent work on quite deep holes and dents on rear of car. Very competitively priced. Reliable.

Absolutely amazing service with Bumpsnscuffs!! I had an appointment for a relatively bad dent and scratches on my car and was worried that I would have to replace the bumper but Dean did an amazing job fixing this and kept me updated throughout the day!! My car looked brand new asif it had never happened, all within me going to work and back! Never had a better experience using a service for the first time, would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic job on my Red Clio to repair scratches, made it look good as new!

Dean and his assistant turned up early as the weather was going to be bad later, so thanks for thinking ahead. Really tricky repair required on the front pillar of my Mercedes. No need to worry as it's now as good as new and I'll certainly recommend Dean to family and friends.

Quality repair on a bump that I thought was possibly beyond repair, punctual, friendly and professional service. The car now looks brand new and at a very reasonable price, the fact that they come to you at your convenience just makes this service brilliant.

Excellent service, great team. Fixed my Porsche professionally and efficiently. Highly recommend these guys.

Dean came today to sort my scratches out, what an amazing job he did with his colleague. I will absolutely be recommending him to Others if needed, if I ever need something like this again Dean will definitely be getting a call. Great job, thank you so much

Brilliant repair to the rear bumper, from a position of serious paint removal to being as good as new ( if not even better). It’s the attention to detail given to both the car by almost covering it and not just masking around the area to be repaired and the fact that the car keys are sanitised before being handed back. The service is both professional, friendly and courteous with total bias to customer service. Fantastic job Dean!
