I experienced every ounce of unpleasantness in every negative review here. This company, while legitimately registered in Australia (they are the same as Bloomex), operate on puffery and very unreliable. They don't seem to know what they are doing and make promises they would not keep.
Avoid this company - and save yourself the headache and waste of your money. They are needlessly expensive and the product won't meets expectation. The worst is they you should be prepared for a fight with different untrained agents scattered all over the world to get your flower delivered - and it will never be on time!

Would do a negative rating if possible. Service is terrible and product provided looks nothing remotely like the picture and value of bouquet is better from your own backyard. Avoid at all costs if want to avoid traumatic and disappointing experience

Don’t use this company! What they advertise is not what they deliver. Customer service is extremly poor.
I ordered what I thought was going to be a beutiful arrangement as a birthday gift for $149.95 and what arrived was what looked to be a bunch of flowers from a supermarket which would have been $30 at best ( the flowers were supposed to be roses and they delivered chrysanthemums instead, 8 wilted stems to be exact). When I contacted them about this they claimed they didn’t have record of the order, so I sent copies of the Order confirmation, receipts, bank transaction, proof of delivery and photos of what was ordered and what was received. After much back and forth they conceded and offered a $20 store credit - absolutely ridiculous!! I’m disputing the transaction with my bank and reporting them to NSW fair trading.

Was asked to send name and order number and now they are saying I'm not on record.
Ordern number 25166 - ordered anniversary flowers. I called and emailed multiple times spoke to their offshore admin team that are terrible.
I was sent someone elses order and they are now just saying because I received an order thats it.
Spoke to the lady whom order I have received and she experienced the same issue.

Totally unhappy with this company, I ordered flowers to be delivered on 30th April and they came a day late. Their excuse is that it was delivered on 1st May, they can't seem to understand that that is not the day I requested and they keep offering a $20 store credit. Why would I use you again if you can't get it right the first time. If I could give a 0 I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I was sent flowers from my colleagues for the passing of a close friend ordered from this company. The flowers were ordered on 20th April and arrived on 4th May 2026.
The box contained flowers that were DEAD (they looked like they were picked out of my grandma's garden), a packet of crisps??, and a vase for which we were supposed to put the flowers into ourselves.
My personalised card message was typed on the back of a printed receipt which also doubled as a coupon for a 15% discount for future orders. Very odd!
Ive never seen anything like this. What a terrible service and product. I hope that a refund can be arranged as I was absolutely mortified to receive a bunch of dead flowers after such a long delay.

Accidently ordered from this company instead of the local florist, as it came up as the first response from my search, with the local florist name.
Ordered on a Friday morning, flowers arrived the following Monday, as the order went to the supposed closest delivery point, which was out of area.
So, definitely not same day delivery, and the flowers were half sparse, nothing like the picture, and were half dead.
Apparently, according to the message received, we had an upgrade, due to the inconvenience of having to wait the weekend for delivery.
I'd hate to see it before the upgrade.
Lesson learnt. Be more careful when ordering online, make sure you are in the correct website.
Do NOT use this company if you want lovely fresh flowers delivered on time.

I’m currently trying to get a refund for the last 2 weeks. They did not deliver the flowers I’ve ordered. No one answers their phone. Text gives you the run around and they won’t call you. I’ve now had to dispute with the bank.

I ordered what looked to be a nice bouquet of flowers. Picked same day delivery as it was a friends birthday. Took them two and a half days to deliver. Said they added a gourmet something for the late delivery. Nothing extra came, flowers looked horrible and nothing like the picture. Asked for refund and offered $20 store credit. Do not use this company !!!!!!!

Placed an order on 14/04 and was informed there was an issue, and a follow up email saying it would be delivered the next day. Two weeks later, the flowers were still marked as “delayed” in StarTrack tracking, with no clear resolution.
When I requested a refund, I was told the only options were redelivery or store credit, which was unacceptable given the delay. I ultimately had to lodge a complaint with the ACCC to receive a refund.
The company presents itself as Australian, but my experience did not reflect the level of service or reliability I would expect from a local business.
Very disappointing experience — would not recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. First, was not same day delivery. Rcvd an email at end of day to advise - no phone call. I called them and that’s when I found out they were from the other side of the Country even though it came up in my local area search.
Arrived the following day and the order was wrong! Then rcvd an email to say what I ordered was to be substituted - was nothing like what I ordered. As a good will gesture, they tossed in an open packet of crackers! Asked for a full refund and was told as the order was successfully delivered that a refund wouldn’t be given. Offered a $20 store credit. Over a week later of back and forth. Ended up taking an 40% refund (still waiting for the money) but I am taking it the small claims tribunal for further action. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! Rudest Customer Service and the reply from Management was appalling!
Further update (a week after the wrong flowers were delivered) - was asked to submit a reply and give more info and now they can’t find my order or any history of it. Please don’t waste your time with them unless you like being rage baited by a bunch of total muppets!

If I could leave zero stars, I would.
Where do I even begin? I ordered two sets of flowers before midday and was told they would be delivered that same day. By 5pm, nothing had arrived. After contacting customer service, I was assured the order had been assigned to a local florist and would be delivered by 9pm at the latest.
The next day came… still no delivery.
I then went through multiple back-and-forth phone calls, speaking to six different customer service representatives, all of whom reassured me the flowers would be delivered. Eventually, I was told the address wasn’t within their delivery area after all, and that flowers couldn’t be delivered—only hampers. I was then advised a refund would be processed.
I received two separate calls confirming the cancellation and that my refund would arrive within 2–3 business days. That was over a week ago.
Today, after following up yet again, I was told the refund cannot be processed because the system shows the flowers were delivered—which they absolutely were not.
Now I’m stuck in yet another “investigation” because of poor communication and what appears to be a completely disorganised system. I’m out of pocket over $100 with nothing to show for it.
Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.

Saturday delivery selected. They were not delivered until Tuesday, so the gift missed the occasion entirely. Customer service only offered a $20 credit and then stopped responding to follow-up emails. Very disappointing experience and I would not use this company again for time-sensitive orders

The flowers I ordered were a far cry from what was delivered. I ordered a bouquet called 50 Blooms of Surprise bud roses in mason jar. The picture showed a full bouquet. What was received was 5 wilted roses in a tiny vase. Very disappointed.
Edit. The company did reach out to me and offer a $30 store credit. Seriously. If $84 gets me four or five half dead flowers, what will $30 get me?

I ordered a bouquet called New Baby Pink. It was for a bridal shower and the bride loves pink. It was supposed to be very light pastels and baby's breath. It turned up predominantly purple (which she does not like) and hot pink. I order the indulgent size which was tiny and too long for the jar and I had to arrange them myself in the jar. They will not refund because they said I had received the flowers but they did not contact me to talk about the colour scheme. And while someone was home to receive the flowers they just left them. Had I seen them I would have told them to take them away. But apparently because I received my flowers, even though they are nothing like I ordered, I will not receive a refund.
If they had even contacted me before delivery to discuss what options were available, I might be ok with this. But they didn't. And what I received was NOT EVEN CLOSE to what ordered.
Do not buy from them!
And they have just stated on my review that they have no record even though they have been in discussions with me for the last 9 days.

Highly discourage anyone to use this Company. They are operated by Bloomex. I had previously had 2 bad exeriences with Bloomex: Extreme delay in delivery, promise of credits that werent received, hours and hours of getting a solve through customer service. So my next order I ensured I went with another company - this one - not know that it was operated by Bloomex. When the flowers were not delivered as scheduled or paid for, the customer service team actually lied about it being in transit etc etc so they would offer a refund. Eventually I had to get the bank to intervene as I kept getting automated responses. When the flowers did arrive 4 days late - to an empty house as the person was away for the funeral, they were in poor condition, and the condolence card was a scissor chopped bit of card. Given this is my 3rd bad experience with this company Bloomex, seems appropriate to alert potential customers.

Stay away from them, they are dodgy, take top dollar ($82)contract it out to Bloomex who also have shocking reviews. The flowers are nothing like the website flowers advertised, more like a cheap bunch of wilted old flowers, definitely not fresh. My so called fresh flower order was sent via Aust post! After reading the reviews I tried to cancel my order the same day within hours but was refused even though they were to be delivered the next day. Beware!
