I ordered flowers for a friend on a Wednesday, I did the order early Wednesday morning for a same day delivery - it wasnt delivered and noone contacted me to tell me they werent delivered. I reached out to them the next day on Thursday and they said they will prioritise them to go that day. I asked for a refund and they said no as they will get them out that day (a day late). They STILL were not delivered!! Its now Friday and has been 2 days since the 'same day delivery' and still no delivery. When I called they said they again will prioritise them to go out today (heard that yesterday) - they refused to refund any of the money. So I am out $80 and 2 days after a same day delivery there are still no flowers and no communication to me i keep having to chase them up. Disgraceful.

If I could; I would leave no stars! I am extremely disappointed with this company. The flowers that showed up the day before my wedding were wilted and completely different to the flowers I had purchased. I ordered a beautiful arrangement with minimal roses; and what showed up were 6 white roses and a couple of pink ones. Nothing like i had ordered. Trying to get a refund is the hardest part as they keep wanted to give me store credit - but i will never shop here again!
Do not buy from this company if you are looking for flowers that match the photo on the website.
It’s also funny that the company replied to my review saying they don’t have any record; but I am already talking to them via email and I provided my order number. Way for them to take no ownership and play the dumb game.

Ordered flowers, paid online asked for same day delivery so they charged extra- totally fine. BUT they processed my payment and then decided to email (not call) to say they couldn’t do same day delivery (Thursday) it would be Wednesday next week… that’s a whole week!!
Called to follow it up and they couldn’t have cared less. The young girl said she would speak to her manager- who was at home so I couldn’t speak to her.
It was very poor service. If you can't provide the service you’re charging for, it needs to be made clear before paying.

Ordered flowers for same day delivery which were not delivered with absolutely no notification.
Had to follow them up and asked for a refund, instead they offered to deliver them still - which I agreed to.
When the flowers arrived them were upside down in the box and squished.
They also did not match at all the picture of what I ordered. Completely different flowers and colour scheme.
When I asked for a refund based on this (after already sending them a clear photo) they asked for a clearer photo and said they can’t do a refund anyway.
Horrible service, will be telling everyone who will listen not to use this service.

Do not use this company very very poor quality and disgusting service. Sent flowers to a family member who had lost their daughter only to be shown the terrible quality and a random packet of plain biscuits. So embarrassing. Avoid at all cost.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. Flowers were minimal for $90 price tag - 3 roses and a few carnations in a small jar. Rang on the day and promised a call back - not received. Emailed 3 days in a row - no response. Rang and I was not happy to receive a $25 voucher or a redelivery for me to pay $25 (how embarrassing for me as it was a gift) the person on the phone hung up on me. I called back again asking to speak to the supervisor who was 'mot available' I asked for a return call which was not received. Then an email came asking all my details about the order. Now they are saying they have no record of my order which I can see in the feedback they do to lots of people. BUY LOCAL AND DO NOT USE THEIS COMPANY.

First of all I ordered a bouquet of flowers with a glass vase and card. For some reason the flowers were left of the order and only the vase and card went through, so I had to re-order the flowers again. After realising the price I tried to cancel the order of the glass vase because it was overpriced. Even though I called to confirm the cancellation and they agreed to give a refund it was still ordered and delivered.
Secondly, this is supposed to be an anniversary gift so obviously I would have wanted the flowers presented nicely in the vase. But strangely, it was delivered in a separate box with the flowers in another separate box. This ruined the surprise and effect of receiving the flowers. The recipient had to assemble it herself. Other floral companies I know would have taken the care to present the delivery and their product well. The delivery was also made the last minute around 9pm.
Lastly, I was given substitutions from a vase to a mason jar and some flowers were swapped as well. The overall quality is absolutely not what I would have expected for how much I paid.
Very disappointed.

Bloomex in disguise. Terrible - flowers turn up wilted and falling apart, dead. Bad customer service. I would contact ACCC asap if you have a problem. Do not order from them.

I see From You Flowers (aka Bloomex) didn’t bother truly looking into the matter and went with a generic reply. Considering I gave a copy of the order number and I have an invoice from FYF, tells me that FYF are staying true to form - liars. FYF tried to take my review down, hard to do so when I’m a legitimate customer. Again, I would recommend anyone who’s had issues to contact ACCC. They helped me.

Ordered flowers on Sunday for a Monday delivery, day of our wedding anniversary. Received call from Bloomex, delivery could not be met for Monday. Was promised a gift to the same value of the flowers. The gift - a black and gold branded packet of scotch finger biscuits. OMG WHAT A JOKE!!!!!! Add to this, website search indicated flowers were provided by a local florist, same day delivery. LIE. Delivery arrived, no card with my note. ANOTHER FAIL. AND FINALLY, the product...a small bunch of flowers in a vase, not the Maison jar as advertised. This has to be the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Response from company after complaint and demand for refund "we are sorry, but order delivered, nothing we can do".

I ordered on a Friday by the stated deadline for same day delivery and paid accordingly. I did not receive any confirmation or order number, but in the course of the next 24 hours i received 4 advertising emails from them.
When i rang to find out about the order was told the flowers would not be delivered till the Monday. I rang on the Monday to check and was told delivery was now to be on Tues. The flowers did arrive very late on Monday looking the worse for wear and quite tired. All very frustrating. I have yet to receive a refund for the same day delivery charge. Do not use these people!

The flowers which they show on their website look nothing alike in real life. The ones they advertised were pastels and I was given bright, purples and reds. They will also ignore any emails if you are not satisfied with their product. Do not recommend if you want nice flowers.

Ordered flowers for MIL's birthday the next day. No flowers were delivered on delivery day. Phoned them on delivery day to ensure it will be delivered, was stated that they deliver until 9pm and it will be delivered, but nothing was delivered. Phoned them the next day and used the chat, to ask what's going on, chat said it will now be delivered on Monday and the person just said that the status was not updated. I wanted this order cancelled and told the lady on the phone that, she just said okay and chat ghosted me after saying that their partner, another florist or something, already confirmed. I will not use this company again and if you want service, you'll use another florist. What a disappointment

The whole experience from ordering to having the flowers delivered with this company was terrible. The flowers were delivered two days late, customer service was horrible and the flowers that were delivered were sub standard!

It was perfect! Very affordable considering I live across the world and wanted same day delivery. I am a broke college student and know my best friend loves succulents so I got the cheapest succulents and they turned out better than I could have imagined! She loved them so much and I couldn't have asked for anything better.

I had a really disappointing experience with From You Flowers. I paid $50 for a delivery that was meant to arrive yesterday, but it didn’t show up. When I called, I was told it was “in transit,” and when I followed up again the next day, I was given the exact same response with no real update.
Things got even worse with the delivery driver. He called both me and the recipient saying he was nearby and about to deliver, but the flowers never arrived. When I called him back, he suddenly claimed he was TWO HOURS away—completely contradicting what he had just said. He then blamed a “wrong address,” which is simply not true. The address provided was correct—he just couldn’t find it.
To make matters worse, he was rude and unprofessional, and even threatened to return the flowers instead of delivering them.
Overall, this was a frustrating and stressful experience with poor communication, misleading updates, and unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend using this service.

I placed an order for sympathy flowers and what a huge drama that was.The internet site was completely misleading on every level. The flowers were totally different to the ones ordered.They weren’t delivered on the day requested and they were left at the post office. I will never use this company again.

DO NOT SHOP with this company, they also trading as BLOOMEX , same company , they would have to be the worst so called florist I have ever dealt with and importantly there is a PUBLIC WARNING via the NSW Government not to trade with these people . I ordered unknowingly and cancelled the order before it was made up and left there so called store , but they proceeded , refused a refund and have defiantly denied my consumer rights for a week. I have reported them to Victorian Consumer Affairs ,

Paid for my order on morning of 30th. Scheduled flowers for delivery on 31st and paid for the full size sympathy card. Flowers arrived on the 1st, were not in good condition and no card showed up. Recipient didn't even know who they were from.
