If I could give no stars i would. Terrible people to buy flowers from and scammed my husband out of over $100 worth of flowers for our anniversary and was given the run around on delivery when it stated it was same day delivery which in the end was said to take up to 6 days. when we phoned the next day after purchasing to raise our concerns and ask for a refund we were told no refunds were available and the money would go to store credit or they would resend the flowers and when we stated we wish to have our money back she said she was going to grab her manager to resolve the matter and hung up. we then called back and was told the exact same thing like she was reading it from a piece of paper. We will be taking legal action. Absolute scammers.

We ordered a sympathy bouquet on 31st’26 at 9am for a friend in Perth, they said same day delivery. The recipient never received. We called Customer care on the 1st April’26, the first time we were cut off. Call again they said definitely it will be delivered on the 2nd morning, it’s past 12 pm and still our recipient hasn’t received. We called again and they said they’ll deliver in the evening. So not sure this floweriest is a genuine one or not. Pls read reviews before you order. Worst one ever. Finally delivered on the 2nd at 7pm, after several calls. Your’ll advertising same day delivery.

If I could give a negative I would.
1. Delivered a day late.
2. Not the flowers I ordered as meant to have a glass vase and be bold colours. Was a cardboard box and pastels.
3. Delivered to the wrong address (billing address) not delivery address … which are different cities.
When I called they refused a refund or to resend. Offered a store credit they would issue within 24 hours time and then I could reorder myself (so flowers would be 3 days late) and refused to let me speak to a manager.
Would NOT touch them with a 10 foot pole. Disgusting customer service and sending much cheaper flowers than paid for and not delivering when meant to. Do not use them!!!

My mum (who lives in the UK) ordered flowers which never arrived. I contacted the company who said the flowers had never been delivered due to the "bridge closure". I explained I do not live close to the Fremantle bridge and that should not have affected the delivery. They agreed to send another bouquet. This was never received. I have since phoned the company twice and have emailed twice to request a full refund. The emails have remained unanswered. On the phone the customer representative states they have referred the problems to the "investigations team" and refuse to speak further or put me through to the team who can issue a refund. I believe this is no a scam and they have stolen $104.45 from my Mum. (As she lives in the UK I have been contacting the company on her behalf as I live in Australia)

the pathetic flowers arrived 31st March, nothing like photo, very sparse and to the point were not delivered as the advertised “same day delivery” I called the number and the thing on the other end said they are based in vic. WFT. The company is hard to get a hold of, online chat is useless, emailed the issue & then I get a no reply email. Pricks

I ordered flowers online on Sat 28 March, with same day delivery. Flowers were for my friends birthday on 29 March. I sent 2 emails asking about delivery over the weekend. I didn't get a response, so I phoned on Mon 30 March and was told the courier didn't deliver over the weekend, would collect that day and deliver 31 March. No delivery the morning of 31 March, so I phoned again and this time was told Kings Meadows is outside their regional area and delivery would be tomorrow, 1 April.
My friend's birthday was now 2 days ago! In future I'll be using a local florist, not an online one like this. TERRIBLE!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They take your money, they do not deliver, they promise a refund and they don’t do that either. I prepared a couple of hundred dollars on flowers, chocolates, card and next day delivery.
The next day when the flowers didn’t arrived I called them and asked when they will be delivered, I was told that their third party supply doesn’t have the flowers today and they will delivery them as a priority the next day.
Obviously when you send flowers you are needing them to be sent for a specific reason and specific time. This was not satisfactory however after much disappointment I agreed to one day delay. The next day I called to see if my order would be going they told me it was on the truck out for delivery as it was a priority run. 4 hours later I called and asked where the delivery was, I was then told they had forgotten to give the order to the supplier and it missed the truck run. Two calls, one day, two different lies!
I then requested a refund, was told no they can’t help with that I need to wait until they can deliver in three more days. I stood my ground and was then offered a refund. Many days later I am now writing this as I haven’t received a refund, the delivery was never dispatched and many innocent people are being ripped off.
Of note: the contact centre is either offshore or they only have non-English as first language people answering. The entire process felt like a scam from start to finish. I’ve had to log a claim with the bank.
Stay away from this online store!

Husband ordered 50 roses online.
The flowers I receieved had 10-15 roses only not 50. They came with a tiny mason jar to put them in - virtually falls over because its soo small.
The message for the recipient was disgusting - it was on a reciept not even personal - quite funny.
The flowers arrived in a box alongside a mason jar to diy.
This company should be ashamed- sorry but your a rort and have no idea how to run a business. Do not buy! Buy local!
The website describes "The simplest way to send stunning, heartfelt flowers anywhere in Australia". What a joke!

Flowers delivered were nothing like what was ordered (ordered natives, a bright bunch of carnations is what was received). Website stated same day delivery, however they were delivered the following day. Customer service non-existent, no reply or acknowledgement of email sent to them.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not touch this company with a bargepole. I am $60 + dollars out of pocket for flowers I ordered last Tuesday for next day delivery to a couple going through a sensitive situation. They have still not arrived. I have spoken to three different people since then who have all assured me the flowers were being delivered that day. Disgusting service. Should not be allowed to operate this way. There are so many people out there running good businesses and working very hard to do so then you see companies like this! I usually check reviews before using a service but didn't this time. Lesson learnt. Hopefully they are shut down soon to avoid more disappointment to people and lost money at a time when money is more precious than ever. Shame on you exploiting people in this way.

I purchased flowers for same day delivery through Flowers from you (order number 17642) for same day delivery to Griffith NSW as a best friends mum had passed. The address was confirmed for same day delivery on the site when verified at check out. I made the purchase and at roughly 12pm I got an update that my order was on the way with same day delivery.
At 12:18, I than received an email from Bloomex to say my order showing a different order number (#2521602) was not going to be delivered unil the 24th and that my order was outside of local delivery delivery zone. I contacted chat and got the same message I got in email so I called Flowers from you/Bloomex customer service and spoke to someone who said they could not cancel my order and that they have put it on hold to be reviewed and that someone would get back to me soon regarding the outcome of my request. Their customer service was rude and not helpful.
They could not provide a promised service and refused to refund, I have disputed the transaction with my bank and reported to the ACCC.

Flowers arrived for my mother in laws birthday on time. However, and this is surely the most important thing - they were squashed into a box, less than fresh, and as my father in law said, looked like they'd been taken from someones grave the night before. Good prices, but I've learned my lesson..there's a reason some florists charge more, Won't be using these guys again :-(

Disgusting company. My Husband ordered flowers for my nanna in hospital, who was no longer able to attend our wedding due to having a fall. Not only did this company send the completely wrong flowers, but they missed the jar that she needed to keep them in (being in hospital) but also completely missed the card expressing our devestation that she could not make the wedding. The flowers they supplied were not even remotely close to what we ordered, nor did they advise us that they had to change the order or if there was some type of issue. Complete scam. We ordered a $150 bouquet which did NOT look remotely close to it's value. We have requested a refund to which they have denied us. Don't waste your money here.
To the company- don't advertise that you can deliver regional if you are unable to do it successfully. That is false advertising.

Bitterly disappointed. A week since I ordered believing they were a local florist in area of delivery- Nedlands Western Australia. Bloomex have been corresponding with me since Tue. I advised recipient no longer at address (was a hospital) and to cancel order as recipient lives remotely with no close delivery point. Told "flowers with courier" so no refund. I have been advised again today "flowers are with courier" . No refund only offered a credit. DO NOT USE this company. False advertising and no direct contact with You Are Flowers
