I ordered a birthday bouquet for my girlfriend for Monday 16th March to be delivered to her work by 12pm. My girlfriend waited at her work for her birthday surprise and by 1:30pm there still was no surprise delivery. I then called you to see what was happening with my delivery and was told that you will deliver my order to my home address by the afternoon as my girlfriend was on her way home. At 4:30pm 16th March I was very disappointed as her surprise bouquet had still not been delivered. I contacted you yet again and was told my order will be delivered the next Tuesday 17th. All day Tuesday and Wednesday we waited. This is not good enough when a birthday only comes around once a year!! Absolutely disgusted with the outcome I called Wednesday afternoon and the customer service I received was rude and not sympathetic at all. Phoning again I was told by your customer service assistant that you would offer a complimentary credit with your company and a bottle of wine with my order which has yet not been delivered. Friday 20th has arrived and I just got off the phone with another service assistant from your company and I still have not received an apology. For your company to quote everywhere that you are a 100%guarantee delivery and a 24hour service this absolutely a lie.
I will NOT be recommending or ever using your company again. I am waiting to receive a total refund as you have “guarenteed” I will be receiving. I will let you know for public review what the outcome is.

Don’t even bother with this site. I purchased flowers to be delivered on the same day and they never arrived and I also never received any notification as to why. When I called them two days later I asked for a refund. I had to follow up a week later as I had not received any correspondence or my refund. They said they emailed me which I checked through every account, they did not. I then requested a refund again which I was told was passed onto management and can take up to 10 days after accepted by management to be returned to me. Not worth the hassle. Purchase elsewhere.

Meant to be same day delivery, was pushed out one day and then they called me to say it would be another day but they would give me some chocolates. I asked for a refund and I’m still waiting for confirmation of this via email. This site says it’s Australian but it’s run by Indians in Canada. SCAM SCAM

website is misrepresented, delivery was not the same day over 24 hrs late, flowers were ordered for me from my sister overseas, when they were 24 hours late, we tried to track the order which was not possible, when they arrived the flowers had not been transported well, they were hot with no water, not good for roses and looked like they had been in the truck for 24 hrs, the personalised message was typed at the back of a marketing leaflet. I really appreciate and love my sister sending me the flowers but when a company takes advantage and miss represents itself to an overseas or any client, this makes me very angry. DELIVER WHAT YOU PROMISE - will not use this company again

Do not use this service. They did not deliver flowers, chocolates and wine package, I work away from home, there was supposed to be a delivery for my wife’s birthday that did not happen, when you say you want a refund they say someone will call you back and it doesn’t happen.
There is no notification of delayed or failed delivery and the call centre staff just say “somehow you didn’t receive the email”.
I’m suspecting another scam service.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely disappointing experience. I ordered flowers to be delivered on my parents wedding anniversary, all ordered within the correct time frame to be delivered the following day. However, they were delivered 2.5 days late and to a post office not the actual delivery address (after I tracked this with Star Track and had to actually call From you Flowers to confirm). I tried contacting their 24/7 customer service many many times only to be met with delays of up to 1/2 hour of no response, long wait times on the phone so long I ended up hanging up. My parents ended up having to go and collect their own flowers from the post office as I don't live in the area so the surprise was ruined and 2 days after their actual special day. I put forward my complaints to the company and was offered a $20 store credit!! No thanks I will never be using this company again. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service (if you could call it that) and as compensation they upgraded the flowers but the glass jar it came with didn't fit so totally useless. Luckily the flowers were natives so survived the 2 and a half day journey. Definitely a very disappointing experience and would advise not to use

My order 2518682 was reported with unforeseen circumstances to deliver my choice of flowers and suggest will send other flowers better quality
This cause great embarrassment when deliver ! I am deeply offended with your flowers, cheap small and not even in your website anywhere.
You send the flowers and then send me an email as late as you could to notify the substitution instead to call and give a choice to cancel this order.
I emailed photos with details of your poor behaviour and dont think you should operate that all in Australia
I totally regret not seeing this reviews on time.
I will proceed with ACCC complain as it is ilegal to charge taxes over the prices advertised in your website on the top of deliver any kind of cheap discussing flowers.

However, despite that the flowers are not available dont offer option for me to get my money back.

Only offer in place is place the order in hold and suggest that price can increase.
Meanwhile this flowers where order for a wedding that already happened on the 19th March.

Today April 7th 2026 I can confirm this company never sent me any refund.
ACCC in NSW Australia has a filed complain open in this company to cancel rights to operate in the Australia market.
Please do not consider this company to send flowers, worst experience ever to deal with dishonest people ready to take your money

Organised for flowers to be delivered weeks before the date. Flowers didn’t arrive on the day requested when they did arrive they were horrible. They were contacted and they keep saying they will get a manager to contact us . They never have. Do not use this place .
Now apparently " cant find our order" to reply . that is very convenient for them. Considering we have contacted them at least 5 times and they do not return our calls.

I ordered 'same day' flowers to be delivered on my friends 40th Birthday. Fromyouflowers didn't bother to send them until the following day. They didn't even bother to notify me. When I called, I had the customer service woman hang up on me instead of giving me any further information or help.

Its shame I had to give even 1 star.. the worst company to deal with.. had arranged flowers for a monday for a funeral calls me at 5pm saying sorry we cant deliver today. We will have to deliver tomorrow.. Tomorrow comes and nothing get an email 5am the next day saying couldnt do it yesterday will do it tomorrow. Stolen my money now I am embarrased to have flowers delivered 3 days late if they even arrive.

Ordered flowers to be delivered 12.03.2026 - arrived 13.03.2026. Nothing like the flowers that were ordered as per the picture. Have tried the chat and phoned. Waiting on a return phone call. Refund required.
I have replied multiple times and keep being advised they are unable to find my order. Or the order number is incorrect. I have also sent photos of the receipt and order.

Ordered flowers for delivery on Monday 16 March. At 10:20am on the day of delivery, they called to say they needed to make changes to the flowers, which I approved. I asked clearly if they were still being delivered that day because they had to arrive on the 16th, and I was told yes.
They advertise delivery on time with care, but the flowers were not delivered and I received no call, no message, no notification, nothing.
They also advertise 24 hour customer service. On Monday 16 March from 6:00pm onwards I tried contacting them and it took hours to get any response, and when I finally did, it was basically an automated robot reply.
By Tuesday 17 March at 2:20pm, I still had no confirmation of delivery. When I called, I was put on hold for a while. I also got the impression I was speaking to someone overseas, despite them advertising as 100% Australian, and I was then told they were meant to be delivered Monday but will probably now be delivered Wednesday. That is not acceptable when I paid for Monday delivery.
I also couldn’t be put through to a manager or anyone in the store who could resolve it. Very poor service and communication. Don’t waste your money.
Its now 445pm 19/3/26 STILL no delivery

Wouldn’t use this company again, ordered flowers Thursday night, paid $120 for delivery next day - 4 attempts to get through to customer service Friday afternoon, when finally got though they had no idea who the flowers were ordered through. Emailed them Monday morning, no reply. Called again Monday midday- still no answers. Promised follow up which didn’t happen. Small, unimpressive bunch (not in a mason jar as advertised), delivered Monday night. A bunch from supermarket would have been better. Save your money, time and stress.

My flowers were never delivered, and when I followed up via the online chat I was told they had been handed to “guys delivering meats,” which makes absolutely no sense considering the recipient lives in a secure unit block. After that message, the chat simply stopped responding.
I then called the customer service helpline hoping to get some clarity, but the service I received was honestly some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the representative immediately tried to blame me, insisting I must have entered the wrong address.
I was even asked to send a screenshot/photo of the house to prove the address.
Not only were the flowers never delivered, but the lack of accountability and the dismissive, unhelpful customer service made the situation even more frustrating. I would strongly reconsider using this company again.

UPDATE: have called the helpline twice today for some assistance with my order and had zero help. Been told that managers and supervisors do not speak to customers over the phone. Once an investigation is complete I “may” be offered a “ partial” refund. The company delivered to the wrong address which they have proof of. So now I’ll be out of pocket because your delivery team delivered it to the wrong house.

This is a misleading company who eludes to using local florists.
The flowers are also supposed to be same day delivery. They arrived 2.5 days later IN A CLOSED BOX via Australia Post from a destination that most certainly is not local. They arrived half wilted and with a horrible stench from being shut in a box decaying. I do not recommend this company.

Chat team ensured me that they’re a florist in the town I was delivering to, only to find that it comes from a warehouse somewhere else and because of this, could not be delivered as it’s a “overnight” delivery location. Was not informed this when purchasing the flowers and was ensured delivery would be fine. Don’t lie to customers about where you are located. Don’t confirm that the flowers will definitely be delivered then notify me on the afternoon of the delivery day that they cannot be delivered. So I couldn’t arrange flowers with a local florist.
Edit: they responded to this rating saying they called and left a voicemail. Lies! Never got a call, then when I called and asked for a supervisor, they said I can’t speak to one and they’ll call me back. Still haven’t heard anything.
