I was very satisfied with the roses and daisies I ordered for my wedding. They were very affordable and arrived in a timely manner. The website was very easy to use. In fact my flowers were set to arrive too late for my wedding due to a storm. I called the company and the customer service was great! They were able to send another expedited shipment of all the flowers ordered and they arrived on time. The colors were gorgeous. I would recommend ordering them a day or two prior to you even to let the flowers rest. Some of mine were not fully opened yet. Other than that they were great and exceeded well above my expectations!

Flowers for a shower
I recently ordered flowers from Bunchesdirect for my daughters bridal shower. The prices were very reasonable. The flowers arrived on the date promised. They flowers arrived in great condition with very clear instructions on how to hydrate them etc. until ready to use. The flowers are still alive two weeks later. I am so happy I decided to go with bunches direct and would highly recommend to anyone who needs bulk flowers. Great selection prices and all as promised!

Flowers for wedding bouquet
I purchased flowers from Bunchesdirect a month before I actually needed the flowers. The flowers came the exact day I had wanted them to arrive and they were beautiful. The wedding was in July so I was worried about them being fresh when they arrived but I did not have to worry, the flowers were awesome. I had ordered them 4 days before the wedding for a bouquet that I was making and the flowers looked just as fresh as the day they arrived. I will definitely order from them again. I emailed the customer service about some shipping charges and they were willing to work with me on the price. Great customer service. Thank you, Nadean

My rose petals were more than i could imagine
The color petals were exactly what i wanted and being in florida on a hotel on the beach it made it more perfect. They came in 2days early and i didnot open the box as advised. The petals were so fresh like i got them from a local florist that morning. Thank you so much because you made a perfect memory for us.....

WORST company! DO NOT USE!!!
I, like everyone else reviewing this company here, had a TERRIBLE experience with Bunches Direct Canada. Here's my story:
I ordered 160 stems from them in October 2014 for my June 20, 2015 wedding. I spent over $500 on my order, part of which included 40 white garden roses, which cost $4.99 each. I selected them specifically because of their similarity to peonies in both shape in size. I called their 1-800 number weeks before my wedding to give very specific delivery/driving directions as my venue was somewhat off the beaten path. I had hoped that by doing this, I would be able to ensure my order arrived on the requested delivery date, two days before my wedding.
Fast forward to Thurs Jun 18, 2015, two days before my wedding. My fiance and I waited all day (delivery was scheduled for between 9 am and 6 pm) with no sign of the flowers. I called the toll free number only to be told that there was "a problem with delivery" although they couldn't tell me what. All she could tell me was that they would be delivered the following day. As I was going to be using these flowers to build the centerpieces myself, I needed these flowers on Thursday, not Friday, as my busy schedule didn't allow for a 24 HOUR delay. As you can imagine, this put a huge amount of added stress on me. No one from Bunches Direct called to inform me of the delay, or to see if I could pick these flowers up myself. I was forgotten about, until I called them to find out where my order was. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Friday Jun 19 comes (the day before my wedding), and at 9:30 am I received an automated call informing me my flowers were available for pick up (in Red Deer, which was a 40 min drive one way from my venue).. considering the measures I took to ensure delivery went smoothly, this was extremely frustrating. I was already over 24 hours behind, had a thousand things to do and a dozen different people vying for my attention (not sure if Bunches Direct understands the amount of time and work that goes into planning a wedding, but I didn't have a wedding coordinator.. I was THE contact person for all my vendors and all the friends/family helping us prepare.. I didn't have an hour and a half (total drive time to get to/from Red Deer and back to my venue) to spare!). But what choice did I have??
So, my fiance and I hopped in the car and drove to the Purolator depot to pick them up.. and to my surprise, I was handed two small boxes. As I had ordered 160 stems I was expecting a lot more, but upon opening the boxes I realized why; they had squished all the flowers into the boxes, crushing many of them. As Purolator didn't deliver the flowers the day before, they had now been without water for over 24 hours and looked dreadful. Worst of all, 40 of them were the wrong type of flower, as I was given regular run if the mill white roses.. roses that are only $1.39/stem. I was *this close* to having a breakdown from the stress, I WAS NOT thinking about calling Bunches Direct to have a conversation about their crappy product, crappy customer service, or the fact that they sent me the wrong flowers.. all I wanted to do was get flowers I could actually use for my reception. So my fiance and I got back in the car and made a trip to Costco, where I purchased beautiful flowers for less than half of what I paid at Bunches Direct (for WAY more stems, might I add). We then headed back to the venue and proceeded with getting ready for the wedding (at this point it's after 12 pm, not a single centerpiece had been made, and there was still a lot of decorating and set up that needed to be done before my 4 pm rehearsal). I should also state that my venue didn't have cell phone reception, so even if I had had time to call them after my rehearsal (which I didn't btw.. I still had to go back to madly work on finishing up centerpieces before my 6 pm rehearsal dinner), I wouldn't have been able to.
After the wedding, I just wanted to forget the stress they had caused me, and was going to drop it and not bother following up. However, the more I thought about it, the more I felt that they should be reimbursing me for the cost difference between the flowers they sent me (white roses) and the ones I paid for (garden roses). So, I contacted the website on June 29 (9 days after my wedding), explained what happened, sent photos of what they had sent me, and requested the difference in cost of the two flowers. I received a reply telling me that because I didn't contact them within 12 hrs of receiving my flowers that it was too late for them to do anything.
All I wanted from them was the difference in cost between the roses and the garden roses (approximately $150). It's the principle of the thing - I paid for one type of flower and was sent another, so I should therefore only have to pay for what I got. Given the *horrible* quality of the flowers (likely due to the fact that they were without water for over 24 hrs due to the delivery delay), I should be asking for a full refund, but I'm not. I don't think this is unreasonable. They, however, hide behind their 12 hour policy in order to justify why they're ripping people off. There is NO justification for this. They sent me the WRONG flower, charged me over three times what that flower costs, and are now refusing to refund the cost difference. This company should be ashamed of themselves!!! Don't make the same mistake I did! Go ANYWHERE else!!!!
I filed a complaint with the BBB, but their response was to quote their 12 hour policy.. they did not apologize nor offer any kind of refund. What did they do? They blamed ME for not contacting them as soon as I noticed that they sent me the wrong type of flower. Great customer service guys! A good company would want to make sure their customers are satisfied, but not them. They're greedy, and are ok with stealing from their customers, and think this is ok because they've got a policy on it. Well guess what?! YOUR POLICY IS TERRIBLE!!!!
Do yourselves a favour people, and buy your flowers anywhere else. The bad reviews you've read are all real (I read them before I ordered but thought maybe it was just a few bad experiences, that surely I wouldn't be so unlucky.. sadly, I wasn't). What did I learn from all this? That where there's smoke, there's fire. STAY AWAY!!!

UPDATE: It is now August 4, 2015 and to date I haven't heard from anyone (Manager or otherwise) at Bunches Direct Canada (after I followed the above request and forwarded the email I'd sent on June 29 that included photos). Not surprised.

Bunches Direct Nightmare Wedding Flowers
I have exactly the same story as almost every complaint here except I was actually timely making a claim and sending email with photos within an hour of receiving my delivery box of old brown broken and crushed flowers. I'm in California and bunches direct is in Florida. They made a claim my flowers must not have been cared for properly because, it was after 4pm in Florida when they received a call and it showed delivery was after 1 pm to me. They tried to say we left them sitting at the front door and why the condition was so bad. Well no response of course after they were told there is a 3 hour time difference between Florida and California and actually phone records show numerous attempted calls just after delivery to California. The hang ups were also immediate while trying to make my claim. I never ever received a call back from this company either. My situation needless to say went from feeling like a nightmare to a pure horror movie in dealing with bunches direct. numerous voices each call with 0 solutions to fix the situation. We have family that are flower experts and tried to let them know that the flowers were not brown and wilted through delivery but tried to confirm for them that actually the person that packaged them sent very old flowers. They hung up again. We felt they must do this purposefully from bunches directs reactions, responses and reading the numerous reviews of the same experiences. Scary to read. Good Luck. The unrealistic policies, hangups and no call backs is enough for us to realize this company has no interest in appropriate or reasonable solutions. I would never use them again or recommend them for especially any wedding. I felt very taken advantage of as a bride. Flowers are very essential. Mistakes are OK but no resolution is what made me feel this is a Scam!!!

We had a destination wedding in Las Vegas. They flowers came on the day they said they would. However, the brides bouquet and all the single flowers were brown. The flowers were delivered by UPS at 5pm. 30 mins before our rehearsal dinner and party. Our wedding was at 11am the next day. There was no time to call and complain right that second. Instead, we focused on paying a local florist to fix the problem at top dollar of course. Once the wedding was over, less then 36 hours later, we called bunches direct in the hope they would work with us to refund or try to make the situation better. Nope, We were told that because we didn't call within 12 hours there was nothing they would do. We spent a lot of money with them and the flowers that were not dead were not even exactly what we ordered. We learned that something's can't be bought online. Spend the extra money to buy local. The frustration and waste of money in the end was not worth it. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY.

almost ruined my wedding. beware!!
i had a 11 am wedding. my flowers were supposed to be delivered the day before between 8 am and 6 pm (big window i know). my flowers arrived at 4:45 pm. my bridal bouquet was dead and unusable, along with all the boutineers for my husband and groomsman and corsages for our mothers. i had to spend hundreds more dollars to get everything remade on such short notice, ruined my rehearsal dinner obviously, and no money refunded. i wish i could attach pictures. please do not use. spend the extra money. absolutely horrible. they have an after 12 hour no refund policy! what bride has time to be on hold and hung up on for hours right before their wedding?? especially when it is a destination wedding?? a scam, company full of liars. worse part of my entire wedding by far.

Ordered from in 2013 and had a good experience. Ordered from May 2015 and had a horrible experience. When the flowers arrived all the corsages and boutonnières were pinned to the side of the box and then packed with hundreds of stemmed flowers. Needless to say they were crushed and brown. And my purple carnation boutonnières were hot pink. I ordered a box of carnations (150 stems). And received 6 dozen. I ordered 30 White Snapdragons and received 20. A good portion of my delphiniums decintegrated when the plastic sleeve was removed. While they did replace them coursages and boutonnières in a timely manner. I had to call and email 3 times for them to respond. Once I recounted my order I realized the shortage. Several calls and emails and ....NO RESPONSE. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!! SCAMMING THIEVES!!!!! I ordered several hundred flowers and received 1/2 of my order. HALF OF THE FLOWERS I PAID FOR. When I tried to call I couldn't get through to them, I tried SEVERAL TIMES. Time was of the essence so we have to drive around town finding other flowers. When they finally contacted me back – they told me that since I had not spoken to them within 12 hrs of the getting the order, that nothing could be done. They REFUSED to give me money back. THIS IS STEALING!!!!! The flowers that we did get, had brown spots all over them. Awful Quality. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUINED THE DAY! AWFUL PEOPLE!!!! Please do not order from them. You always get what you pay for – the reason they are cheap is because they rip people off. Don’t let what happened to us happen to you on your special day.

Wedding Disaster
Ordered flowers from BunchesDirect and they arrived Friday, wilted and brown. Was told to peel off outer petals which resulted in tiny, brown-topped, flowers which wouldn't hold in the bouquets. They were completely unusable. None of the wedding party had flowers. Threw out 6 bouquets, 3 corsages & 8 boutonnières and was treated HORRIBLY by customer service. Had to place an emergency order with a local florist on Easter weekend and was able to replace my bouquet & M. Joshua's boutonnière, at an additional steep cost. After jumping though MANY hoops and being outright dismissed by the vendor, BunchesDirect is refusing to reimburse the purchase price, though they ([Name] & [Name]) agreed that the flowers were unsalvageable.
If you aren't that attached to your colours it's fine
We ordered the flowers a couple of months before the wedding and were advised there was an issue with the delivery address. Arranged to have flowers delivered to a new location and all was agreed as ok. Another call less than a week before the wedding, again saying the delivery address was an issue, but then they realised they do deliver there (as they previously advised). Would have been nice not to have the additional stress. Had another call 2 weeks out from wedding to say the peach coloured flowers we ordered weren’t up to par but we could swap out for another colour, which we appreciated. We chose to go with orange, but the flowers that showed up were tri colour yellow! Additionally we ordered orange daisies but the ones that showed up were red. Flowers were delivered upside down and petals had some bruising. Still exceptionally affordable, the blooms were huge, but we ended up with the wrong colour flowers on our wedding day which is unfortunate after so much planning. I’d suggest only buying flowers online if you’re ok with getting different colours to what is said/seen.

The worst company to handle complaints
Ordered pink Roses for my wedding received dead or dying roses. Company re sent the order only to receive more dead or dying roses. There customer service is the worst of the worst. Ended up having to scramble to buy new flowers from another company the night before my wedding. {update) There forward response below is interesting, since I have never received a phone call from anyone from Management before or since. This company could care less once they have your money. Buyer beware!!!

I ordered several bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages for my wedding held on Sunday October 12, 2014. The original customer service rep I ordered with was pleasant and very helpful and the price was inexpensive compared to many other florists, so I figured this was a great deal! The flowers were delivered as scheduled on the Friday afternoon before the wedding. When I opened the boxes 2 of the bouquets, my bridal bouquet and many of the corsages and boutonnieres were half frozen and browning. They were all white flowers. I called customer service and they asked me to send pictures, which I promptly did. They reported that they would send 3 replacement bouquets to be delivered on Saturday, but the corsages and boutonnieres looked fine and I could just "cut off the browning edges". I agreed to this. I checked the rest of the flowers Friday night before I went to bed to find that they had ALL started wilting and two more bouquets were turning brown. I spoke with customer service once again who informed me that they could not put in another request for replacement flowers for 2 more bouquets because the delivery service was already closed for the weekend. They offered to refund my money for 2 bouquets and would still send the 3 bouquet replacements to be delivered Saturday. I told them this was unacceptable because I needed the bouquets to match because they were for my wedding and I would be short two bouquets. They did not respond to this. Saturday morning I woke up and found that every single bouquet was brown and the corsages and boutonnieres were wilted. I contacted customer service via email to report that I would like a refund on the entire order as I had to order flowers last minute from a local florist (which were REALLY expensive). I did not hear back from them. The wedding came and went and we left for our honeymoon. When we returned (Saturday 10/18) I called Bunches Direct and spoke with a representative who informed me that she could not help me but would have a manager call me back the next day. Sunday came and no phone call. I called Bunches Direct Monday morning and spoke with the same representative who informed me that she will let the manager know again that I required her assistance and that the manager would call me back. At 6pm Monday evening I called Bunches Direct again and spoke with a woman named Ashley who claimed to be the manager. She heard my concerns and informed me that they have a “12 hour” policy on issuing refunds and because I was calling past that they would not refund my money. I informed her of all of the back and forth that weekend and that I did in fact take pictures of all of the dead flowers. She informed me that they have the 12 hour policy in place to prevent people from fraudulently trying to claim their flowers died and calling “several weeks later”. I informed her that it was one week and one day and that I called as soon as I was back from my honeymoon, which I left for the morning after my wedding. She stated there is “nothing we can do”. I have filed a complaint with my bank and will get my money back. I am posting this so that other brides will see this and pass on this company. Terrible customer service and even worse product!

We were very pleased to have found Bunchesdirect. We are American but had a destination wedding in Canada. We were not able to bring flowers over the border and wanted to make our own arrangements. I found Bunchesdirect online called them and they were very helpfulness even delivered our flowers to what I would call a remote setting. We were happy to have found them.

Great Service and great flowers at great prices
I ordered flowers through Bunches Direct for my daughter's wedding and we could not have been more pleased. Before actually placing our order, I spoke with an advisor to get ideas on what to order and when to have our order arrive. I got great advice. I had the flowers arrive on the Thursday before our Saturday wedding. This gave us lots of time to hydrate the flowers and we did not have to worry about the flowers arriving in time. I was a little worried that the flowers might have been past their prime by Saturday, but I did not need to worry. Actually, they still looked beautiful on the Tuesday after the wedding.
I chose white football mums and purple lisianthus and assorted greenery. Bunches direct sent a couple of extra of the purple, along with some mauve which were also extra.
The delivery was very efficient. The driver called about 15 minutes before his intended arrival time to make sure I was home to receive the flowers.
The prices were far better than anything I was quoted at Costco or local discount flower places (even considering the delivery charges) and they were delivered right to my door.
I have already recommended Bunches Direct to other brides to be and would definitely use them again myself for another event

I had a great experience with this company. The prices were great, the flowers arrived on the day I had ordered them, and before they were delieveried, the company called me to let me know that my Hydrangas came in a littel different in colour. They were totally willing to repalce them with something else if I wasnt happy with that colour. They also were unable to get in one of my flowers I ordered, but replaced it with something equally as beautiful, AND refunded me the cost of the flowers that didnt arrive. Not all of my flowers were in the greatest condition, but most of them were. I was not upset as sometimes this happens when you order flowers in this manner. I had PLENTY of flowers to use and create beautiful cetnerpieces, and bouquetes from.

Horrible! Do not use this company!
This company is not worthy of anyone's business . Especially for a wedding! Our flowers arrived in bad condition and I had to send pictures to them so they could review them to determine if they would send new ones. They sent the wrong color of flowers the first time, but we didn't realize it because we thought the color on the computer was off. They sent new flowers that may or may not have gotten to us in time for the wedding. This time it was the right color of flowers that we should of gotten to begin with! However, I had to go pick them up on the way to the venue from a fed ex station. Very inconvenient for me being the mother of the bride. We still had to take the bouquets apart and redo them as well as the corsages. Terrible company!!!!
