The chance to rent a camper is so nice, so you have the Chance to see so many places around Irland.
The people from Bunk campers are all friendly.

When we picked up our Camper it was not really clean (especially the Seats, the tableware and the floor). We don't know if this is usual or just a mistake.
After driving some hours the motor engine lamp lights up. We tried to find a solution on the phone. This did not work and so we had to drive to the Office to let it check. This was a little annoying, because we lost a lot time.
When we wanted to fold out the roof to sleep, we recognized that the mattress was completely moldy. It was not usable this way.
Also the button for the gas cooking dose not work.
We reported all the defects when we returned it, but there was no real response. We hope that the next Person who rents the camper, gets it in better condition.

Renting process and return without problems and staff very friendly and helpful. Nevertheless, the maintanance of the mobile home was embarrassing. We lost half a day as we decided to return to the base after one night at camp side near Dublin because the sink in kitchen and batroom overflow completely. Even with open valve, grey water tank marks always 50% as it was full of solids which pop up in the sink sometimes. As they couldn't solve the problem entirely, we faced further ugly problems during our journey, specailly in the bathroom. Other maintanance topics: loosing srews of seat hatch, big gas fireplace didn´t work, 2 times gas heating stopped working with an error code - thanks to youtube I could find the reset botton at the heater to solve the issue. My daugther found a sock from the prevous renters behind the mattress. Further recomendations: Include a pair of levelers in the accessory of the campervan. There is only one single, very slow charging USB plug which is working while ignition is off.

Love love loved the trip! The campervan was very comfortable, not bad on diesel, and was such fun to explore Ireland in. The dog had a great time too haha. Will be back!

Good Customer services, agreeable staff. Camper van in good shape mechanically, easy to handle on smaller L roads, quick enough for the M roads.

May have been in the documentation but I was not expecting additional costs fopr parking my vehicle.

I didn’t want to always be kept to going to a tv camp site so more info on those h who want the free camping

Good to find with Uber. Very kind and helpul people. Give a lot of time to check the Camper. Ready to help and support. Hotline was always available and helpful too!

It was the highlight of our Ireland Adventure. BunkCampers is an excellent renting service and provided us with all the needed supplies. I had a grand trip and the people at Bunks Dublin where very friendly and accommodating. The price was very reasonable for everything and the camper and equipment was clean. They made the whole process very easy. I will recommend and use them again.

It was easy to set up the rental, the location was easy to find and with good access to the airport and the highway. The price was of good value. The condition of the rental unit was reasonable. The people were very nice. Some items could use improvements, when I needed help I could not get a answer. The unit was delivered with an empty propane gas bottle for example, wasn't expecting to run out of gas at 3am with 1 degree weather wild camping in the middle of the Burren. Didn't know where to find one, called the office, they didn't have much to offer. Took a couple of hours but sorted it. Better instructions on how the unit worked would be helpful, could not find the correct details on the Apollo app. If you have a little MacGyver in you it all works out.

Great customer support before, during and after the rental. Beautiful motorhome and very friendly personnel. Highly suggested.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff from very beginning, the only thing that stopped a 5 star was that it took 2 hours from us getting to bunk campers to getting on the road.

Great, friendly customer service throughout the whole process from enquiries, bookings and pick up/drop off.

Communication was great. Instructions on the van were clear. Van was clean when we picked it up.
