Scammers bank

Scammers bank! Don't fall the reviews what you on here and app stores. Members from the bunq are posting good reviews but it all a scam! Avoid the app.

They randomly changed plan

They randomly changed my plan. On my personal, they accepted the mistake. Once I asked for prove (they say I changed it) I change the plan. Got refunded 1 out of 2 months. And move on.

Now they did the same for the company account. An account that is inactive. And still fighting.
Customer service takes 3 days to respond in the chat.

Bad support system and bad system

It's disappointing to trust in a bank that pretends to be modern, digital, and young. I only created an account on Bunq to receive funds from a blocked account attached to my visa here in Germany.
The first month I had no problems. Things turned bad when I changed the type of account on the app to a simple one, with fewer features and cheaper, and I didn't receive the funds that I was expecting. By changing my “plan” on Bunq, they removed my savings account - the one they selected by Bunq to receive the funds. The problem is I put the IBAN from the main account on the blocked account, so the funds go directly to this account and not to the one attached to it.
Furthermore, the support is awful, Bunq replies faster on Instagram and X (old Twitter) than on Its App, that's crazy! How a bank does not have online 24-hour support? It took more than five business days for the bank to investigate the transaction. The support is slow and bad, and a bank can not disappear with someone's money when they just change the type of the account. It's totally not fair.
