Absolutely unacceptable from bunq. I paid $500 with my own debit card, and they still took a 2.5% fee, around €12.50, without clearly stating it beforehand. When I challenged them, they hid behind the excuse that it was a credit card payment, which it was not. This is the kind of greedy, misleading behavior that destroys trust. Very disappointing service.

safe yourself some trouble and choose any other bank but this one! Complete disaster if you need customer support - there is none! if your question is urgent just accept your lost.. Extremely disappointed and in a difficult situation because I can not speak to anyone from the bank.. i needed a document signed from the bank and they reply that they decided it is not needed to sign the document IF IT WAS NOT NEEDED I WOULDN'T ASK FOR IT Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i wanna scream

The worse bank ever to work with. If, god forbid you have a problem with them you will never have their help or answers whatsoever. I have been stoled 2300 euros from my account because of their lack of security, they never deemed to address my situation. Just like throwing a rock in the lake, all you hear is plouf!!!

Don't use this "bank".
When your credit card gets hacked or somebody steals money from your account by making illegal debits, Bunq refuses to help you. They say it takes 3 months to refund your lost money, but after 2 months they deny the refund anyway for some BS reasons, such as that you didn't block your card for 2 months. They literally expect you to not use your card for several months! Ridiculous! Other banks refund you immediately in case of fraud. If you ever experience this issue with Bunq, don't wait, immediately file a police report for online theft, then use the report to file a settlement request with the RiFiD organization. Meanwhile, start shopping for a different bank.

I transfered up to 5000€ in my new Bunq account. I withdrawed few days later to my girlfriend's account. They stopped my transfer. They asked who I'm transfering to. I said, to my GF. Inmediatdly they closed my account saying "my banking behavior is not normal" so they close my account. They day I will have to wait AT LEAST 4 months to recover my funds. My funds came from legal sources and I can prove it. However they never ask for it. Just let me wait without being able to use my money. Conclusion: Don't use Bunq if you are a person who manage big amounts of money, just if you are poor. Otherwise, your baking behavior is not normal for them. I'm also not in a blacklist.

I am actually on board with the mobile banking stuff but it wasn’t as smooth before.
Back in the day I thought that completely online banks were not as safe as their offline peers.
However, Bunq managed to change my mind on this matter, since despite the fact this is a mobile bank, it has all the security measures as the conventional ones.
There is a compensation scheme mandated by the central bank of the EU. And also there are all sorts of security elements inside the app too.

Like the Face ID or Touch ID, or even the two factor authorisation.
So the safety of this bank is really out of the question for me.

I was fully convinced that I would have no chances to learn how to interact with these fancy neobanks.
However, bunq has proved to me that it's possible in case the infrastrcture prepossesses to that.
They have a lot to help new clients assimilate quickly, and that's the most important thing to me. I've passed through all obligatory stages without any hesitation!

Bunq is a great product for expats or people who travel a lot. I mean who doesn’t travel today?!
So, it makes it great for everyone :)
There are little to no exchange fees if your destination has a local currency. So it’s much cheaper and safer to exchange here rather than take the risk of those crazy rates for tourists :P

Ngl bunq have won me over by the simplicity and functionality of their app.
It looks too frugal but at the same time it has all the necessary features required for funds managements👏

I appreciate their innovative concept of banking. However, keep in mind they charge a monthly fee for maintaining your account:
- Easy Bank - 2.99 eur
- Easy Money - 8.99 eur
- Easy Green - 17.99 eur

It’s a very modern bank entity. I guess that’s the reason why they call it neo bank.
Everything is done via the app. You don’t have to do unnecessary actions.

I looked through similar online banks and found out that Bunq has the most favorable conditions and services of all.
I mean they are similar, but some small details like the multiple IBANs for making payments in different locations, or the green initiative.
I don’t even say about the highest interest rate for my savings.
Funny that I was reluctant about online banks and now I am writing a review about one of them:)

I know for sure that my money are safeguarded here properly as this bank offers a decent insurance coverage.
So guys, don't be beware of insecurity of your funds.

I've heard that this is modern bank that offers a huge range of services to its customers. But I didn't know that they are so many🤯.
When I started to study in more detail the plan I was going to open, I made my decision very quickly. And now I am client of this bank.

Probobly one of the best banks I've ever deal with. At least they do their job honestly.

Sustainability, security, development and modernity. If you ever think of how to describe this bank not using many words, then that's it.
I'm thankful to them for providing me contemporary banking services which,are distinguished by fast response from the mobile application, politeness of client support team which is available for reachign round-the-clock, and flexible conditions.
You should certainly appeal to your personal objectives whenever you choose a plan here. One choose Savings for accumulating funds, another one chooses easy green to get maximum functionality, and that's okay

Gotta confirm, Bunq is the bank of the future, no cap.It ensures vast and comprehensive funds safety, develops its services and take care of clients. Tbh, there's nuthin' better than working with'em.

The moment you start having major fun with this bank is from the easy money plan. The easy savings... well it is pretty basic. But the plan is free and there are no charges, but there is a very good interest rate on your money too.
The easy bank plan then comes with a couple of perks and features. It is not the full package, but it still offers a very good range of tools. You get a physical bank card and a couple discounts on cash withdrawals.
Now, the easy money plan... whooo! There is an ocean of tools and features that you begin to see. There are automatons, budgeting tools, multiple physical and virtual cards, and multiple IBANs as well. It will basically give you all the financial tools you need in one place.

I think I’m having an addiction to the Wheel of fortune:) I just can’t stop spinning the wheel, it is so captivating.
