Old boiler broke down on Monday night, estimate on Tuesday morning, boiler replacement completed on Wednesday. Brilliant service!

I had no hot water , they came that evening also they serviced my boiler I would highly recommend this company very polite and friendly and great service.

Buntingford Heating do my annual service, always thorough and efficient. Recently my boiler stopped working and they came very promptly and got it working. The staff are pleasant and helpful.

Woke up on a very cold Saturday morning with no heat. Called Buntingford Heating, since they service our boiler regularly. They had another job first, but came straight after and checked over the boiler and found a fault which needed a new part. We would have to wait until Monday for them to get the part and do the repair. They kindly gave us two fan heater to help us through the coldest weekend. They kept us informed with phone calls and when they got the part on Monday called to give us a time they could attend. Do to some 10+ other customers on our estate with the same fault, we knew we'd have to fit in the queue. They did come on the Monday and do the repair. All good, friendly, tidy, thorough. We are happy to continue having them looking after our boiler.

The whole experience from quotation through to completion was highly successful.The two Installers were efficient, worked quickly in spite of the need for an installation placement modification, & most importantly cleaned up after finishing.

John the engineer called to service my gas fire. He did an excellent job cleaning all my coals individually and hoovering dirt and dust from under the fire. He replaced all the coals and checked that the fire was working properly.He was very pleasant and efficient

Arrived when said they would. Ryan very polite and efficient. Small job this time but use them to service boiler too. Clean up when finish. Would definitely recommend them.
