Straight from the off, our consultant was flexible, accommodating meeting me at home, professional, knowledgeable, affordable and happy to answer any questions, (no matter how silly). I was feeling very nervous, have recently had a significant bereavement, but was put at my ease within minutes of meeting. The work I requested was done in timely manner and I was given further opportunities to ask more questions and also whether I was happy with the work.
