Terrible Communication and Customer Support
Extremely disappointed with my experience with Yuki Skincare. I placed an order on November 6th, expecting 1–2 day shipping as advertised. When it became clear the order wasn’t going to arrive on time, I requested a cancellation four days later because I was leaving the country.
I emailed their team more than five times and never received a single response. Despite my cancellation requests, they still shipped the order. Since then, I’ve reached out to request a refund, which according to their website can be processed if you request it within 14 days, but I still haven’t heard back.
This lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be cautious when shopping here.
