Did not receive the free gift that was advertise and received a less desirable replacement. As well, the picture I ordered was disappointing in person.

We did not have to give you an alternative free gift; but we did out of the kindness of our hearts. You also received free postage and all your goods at a significant closing down discount of 40%. The print you received is accurate to the imagery on the site, and the designer of this artwork is well renowned and prestigious, why don't you look her up? Product is great but I ordered two separate items and paid postage for both as I forgot the pram clips but they came together in the same box - just a bit annoying as they could of refunded the postage for one of them.
