The item I ordered was not in stock any longer, so had an email from Karen notifying me of a substitution they could make. Karen has been lovely to deal with, and package came nicely packed and speedy. Would definitely order again with pleasure.

We aim to use as much recycled and recyclable packaging as possible, so glad you have noticed our boxes. We have had feedback before on space mask boxes being damaged in transit if sent in an envelope, and as these are often given as gifts, we feel that the best solution all round is to send them in a very small, size appropriate box that is made from sustainable materials that can be recycled, also ensuring the gift arrives in tip top condition. I hope this explains our thinking on the packaging. Thanks again and hope to see you again soon x

Cannot fault the service I received from burble bay, the item I purchased I managed to get for nearly £40 cheaper than the designer itself! Delivery was quick too and overall very happy with the item and service I received!
