Through no fault of Burd Ward, the process was held up on numerous occasions. Ngaire,our conveyancer, was helpful, sympathetic and answered all our questions promptly and professionally. Nothing was too much trouble.

Had an initial appointment with Matthew Barlow to review and update my will since my wife passed away nearly two years ago. Matthew's advice was much appreciated and I was very impressed with his understanding of my family circumstances and tailored the will accordingly. The draft will was circulated to my three children who concurred with the content. At our second appointment, some amendments were made and the will was signed and witnessed by Nicky. All very efficient and professional. Many thanks also to the very welcoming Receptionists.

It was quite an unusual mortgage in that I was buying my parent's house so there were intracies but Ngaire was generally helpful in answering queries and outlining legalities and what needed to be done. Only issue was that there didn't seem to be cover when broker went on leave and some of the required documents were mentioned late on in the process when I could have dealt with them earlier
