Quite straight forward, I made a mistake and could change the document easily, considering I’m English and still managed to make it work, top marks.

I had the great misfortune to ask this company to change the name on my carte grise I was not aware that they were a private company as there web page gave the impression that it was a government site how ever that is not the worst of it. They proved impossible to contact repeatedly ask me to reload papers told me there was a problem with the original carte grise and that ANTS had rejected my demand for the new carte grise yet the ANTS site was telling me the carte grise was printed and in the post they continued to say there was a problem even though I was in possession of the new carte grise. Think carefully before using this company you can do it yourself on the ANTS web site it's cheaper and less stressful

The French State enacts the rules concerning the supporting documents necessary to create a file for a new "carte grise", and these rules are stricts and we cannot derogate to these rules in any case.
You have been unable to provide these documents, and our services contacted you 8 times in order to obtain the documents.
Your explanation is not clear, you can't ask for a new carte grise and already have one, it's just impossible from a administrative point of view.
Nonetheless, you are still eligible for a partial repayment, which is your right.
We invite you to contact our services to the following email, with your name, surname and immatriculation number, and please make reference of this exchange in your email.
