Sadly my Sophie Conran trowel snapped, no receipt as it was a gift. No problem! Nancy replied to my email in less than an hour and sent a replacement which arrived in less than two days. All of our garden tools are Burgon & Ball, as we have found over the years that they are well-designed and well-made. Yesterday my wife somehow managed to bend one of the tines on her border fork; I contacted B&B this morning to ask for advice on bending it back - and instead was notified almost immediately that they will be sending out a replacement under the Lifetime Guarantee. Could not ask for better customer service.

I wrote to Burgon & Ball enquiries on Sunday 8th September as my border spade, purchased about 3 years, had stared to come apart at the weld on the main body of the spade. I had a reply from Nancy early this morning 9th September advising me she was going to arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to me. Wonderful customer service which in todays world is incredible and needs to be commended.

I had a pair of ratched loppers which after much good service the extending arm ceased to lock. I contacted the company to see if they offered spares or repair.I got to there customer service team who replaced the loppers. I cannot commend the service team enough. From start to finish i had 1 agent dealing with me who gave clear concise guidance and sorted the whole thing out. An absolute pleasure to deal with a service team like this.

A Burgon & Ball lawn edger I purchased some years ago broke and the customer service experience was phenomenal.
The handle of the lawn edger broke after I’ve had it for around 5 years. I didn’t remember which garden centre I’d purchased it from. I emailed Burgon & Ball who got back to me the same day. Emailed them a photo of the broken edger, and within 2 days of the original contact a new edger was delivered to my home address.
Excellent customer service is so refreshing these days, this experience has ensured I’ll be a customer for all my future garden tool purchases.
I have several Burgon and Ball tools but had a problem with one. I contacted the company and quickly got a reply from Tracey was very helpful and resolved the issue in no time at all.
In these times when so many services seem to falling short of providing good support, it was refreshing to have such excellent after sales support.

Ordered a garden fork from them. I sent an email and said that the tracking had said "delivered" but it hadn't been delivered to me, and I had not received it.
It took them FIVE DAYS to respond, and then they did, they said "the tracking says it has been delivered" ... gee thanks Sherlock.
I can't believe I waited 5 days only to get *that* as a response. Will never shop there again.
