These heathens recovery my car and tightened the straps till it dented all wings and put one strap under a door that now will not open. My car as a result is a write off. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Call someone else.

I just wanted to express a big thanks to Burke Bros for attending to our breakdown early on Thursday morning. We had quite a wait for the RAC to sort things out but eventually they called in Burke Bros to help out. The weather was absolutely vile when the breakdown truck arrived but the horizontal sleet didn't stop their guy from getting under the bonnet and getting the engine started. Top Man!

I broke down yesterday afternoon in a car park in Stafford.

He was kind caring reassuring and went beyond to help me!
I only wish more recovery services were as competent and as kind as he was!

The recovery driver Tim, took me and my husband, John from Bridgnorth back home to Hampshire today after we had a problem with our car, we just wanted to to let you know that Tim is an asset to your company, he couldn't do enough for us, it was a pleasure to have him take us home, we hope he had a safe journey back. Great company cannot recommend enough.

after a very long 26hr, troublesome time with the RAC, we eventually were sent the Burke Bros.
After our treatment so far, I wasn't expecting much but I was surprised. James arrived, he was very friendly and sympathetic and more importantly, he was very efficient. He had the car loaded up and us on our way in no time. When her arrived at the house, he did everything for us, handed out some much needed advice and was on his way again. The man deserves promotion or at least a raise.......WELL DONE JAMES and thank you for all your help.

Fantastic professional service from Matt who expertly and carefully recovered my 2 ton Volvo with care and compassion, and went above and beyond finding a suitable placement of the vehicle at my chosen garage. Big thanks to Vicki on the coordination desk who explained everything politely and professionally which I found very helpful. I couldn't rate this company any higher with the quality of service I received tonight.

Broke down this morning put my call in to RAC to be recovered from mid wales to Manchester
All good waited the time period I was expecting RAC But got Burke bros recovery.in all my breakdown experiences this was by far the best. I got the jolliest guy I’ve ever met Tim is an absolute credit to this company from pick up to drop off amazing also gave my kids a teddy hope you get to read this Tim keep up that positive jolly personality and thanks again

Had to wait at Holiday Inn Telford for hours only to hear time after time that they
couldnt make the ETA and it just got later and later . Cant recommend them and wouldnt use them as they are a complete let down , and the RAC say they are a trusted partner ..... What a joke .

Burke Bros Recovery recently recovered me from the hard shoulder on m6 motorway.
Car and caravan req recovery.
Joey picked us up and relayed us to the nearest service station. And we were then picked up by Eden who went above and beyond and started his night shift early to drive us 185 mile to get to our campsite. Thank you Eden . Many thanks to you all 1st class service and professional to the end.

Unprofessional staff, rude on phones, before making the payment they are nice and than after making the payment they are rude and they don’t give no importance, waited more than 5hours

After being tail end Charlie in a 4 vehicle shunt on the M6 Southbound around Walsall and calling Skoda assist at 1-30pm on a Friday afternoon, I was recovered to their Wolves yard.
Where I was effectively abandoned by my insurers Darwin, and eventually had to make my own way home 100 miles away by rail and taxi.
For the time I was with them Burke's went above and beyond and provided all the information and photographs of my damaged vehicle which ensured and enabled a swift settlement of my claim.
And then sorted out a problem with finding my V5 logbook details in order to complete the online transfer to write off my car.
I couldn't ask for more, but if I had done so I'm sure it would have been carried out with the same willingness and attention to detail.
My thanks go to all at Burke Bros for a job well done at what was a very stressful time.

Never use these people. Unreliable, and rude. 11:30 recovery pick up and the driver arrived at 3pm. I had missed my ferry by then so holiday had to be cancelled. Driver delivered vehicle and seemed to take umbrage to my house. When I questioned how I might get compensation for my missed holiday, apparently I am "a jumped up little rich man" and I should "toddle of into my posh house". All delivered in a very aggressive manner whilst wagging his finger in my face. Quite astonishing

Don't tend to leave these reviews but just want to say a massive thank you to the reassuring Gavin Williams, the driver for Burke Bros, who, not only came to recover my car 2 hrs earlier than stated, but in the dark, awful, crappy English weather & with the A49 closed for roadworks,had to re-route around small country lanes for over 2hrs to bring my car home.
He sent me on my way with my lift so I didn't have to hang around on the dark,cold,rainy night. Thank you again.

Big thanks to the driver Damien, great service provided and was very helpful and friendly.
Even better that he arrived with us an hour earlier than told... would highly recommend them....

My motorhome broke down just after 6pm in Newcastle under Lyme. I have AA cover included with my Nationwide F/account and they arranged for me to be picked up by a loader from Burke Bros. The driver was a really pleasant guy called Jon. C. Jon delivered the van to my home which is in a cul-de-sac and when he realised it was impossible to put it on my drive, instead of just dropping it anywhere and leaving he spent time to put it in a place where it caused no problems for my neighbours to get past. This actually entailed him using his winch and a lot of to and throwing in the freezing cold at gone midnight. One of the good guys that you hope to get when there's a problem but all too often nowadays do not. Thanks Jon.
