How does a company with so many b ad reviews and fraudulent good reviews get to stay in business.

I couldn't agree more "THEY SUCK" Riomarrs is actually the site that showed the shoes I bought but still can't track anything and have already been charged. I am filing a complaint with paypal, bank, and BBB

WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY! I had to give a single star as this is the only way to give a review. I would not rate this organization at all. I was not 100% satisfied as promised in the marketing materials. (Actually 0% satisfied) When I asked for a full refund (again as marketed) I was given a runaround finally settling for a 40% refund and I keep the shoes. The reason I settled was because the shoes had to be returned to CHINA at my own cost with lots of preconditions which will be their excuse not to pay me back. The transaction was processed by RIOMARS. Product shipped from AARON, Markham IL. Customer Service (which was minus 5 stars) was handled by-"fronted" by Marina-FERAY-HELP）

Two stars because delivery was reasonably fast. However, the quality of these shoes is very low, pure plastic. I gave the shoes to a charity organisation that distributes clothes to the poor.

I can only add my bad review here. The shoes delivered were cheaply made and they were cheap. So far, so good. Yet the size was smaller than ordered, so I wanted to return them. This proved to be impossible, although I gave them the order number. They wanted a photo and other proofs for the order that were simply not available. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!

Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews before I bought this product, and now I have time to regret my decision. These shoes are poorly made and the wider shoes are not nearly wide enough for wide feet. If you want to return them, it has to be to China, and by the time you pay for that, you will end up owing them! Stay away! A bargain is not a bargain if the shoes are terrible!

Horrible, horrible cheap and nasty looking shoes.
They look and smell like plastic, and of course when you want to send them back, there is no one wanting to help.
You may get offered a 10% discount after you discover your purchased items are a complete rip off, but it is too little, too late.
I sent them straight back to the address on the label, but they are now telling me that they can't receive from there.
Funny, that's where you sent them from!

Do not purchase anything from this company, I ordered a 10.5D and they shipped me a 11EE (double wide) shoes. They did not want to take the shoes back unless I paid for the return shipping and then offered me a 40% credit to keep the shoes. I had to escalate the issue to my credit card company as a fraudulent sale and it's in review

This company doesn't back their product and thier refund is a percentage of the cost. I had tried thier shoes out and they made my calves hurt and it felt like I was walking on concrete. Only had shoes for one day and ask for a refund and they said that I could keep the shoes and they would give me a 20% refund but that is not what thier ad said. This is not how you treat customers...

The item arrived after awhile. It was a front closure bra that was advertised to "lift and support" It definitely only lifts and supports their bank account.
Sent my secpnd request for a refund today.

A pure Chinese Communist Party scam. The so-called "return policy" insures with absolute certainty that you will never get a refund. The product is crap as is "customer service". Oh, it helps if you can read Chinese since that is the language you'll see should you want to "track your shipment". A criminal enterprise to be sure.

I must say in fairness to Burnzay that I did finely received the shoes that I ordered after 23 days. I am sending back as the quality was not what I expected. There was no return receipt so most likely I will not receive a refund . Good riddance

Very poor quality shoes. I wanted to return $100 worth, they offered $15. And pay the shipping!!
Do not recommend this company.

Bought a pair of "comfortable" shoes made in USA with a 30 day money back guarantee. What I received was a package of garbage from China. Worse them once and one of the shoelace loops tore and my feet were in pain. Been trying to get a refund and first they offered me 25% to keep them. I said no and they gave me 2 options which were keep shoes and get 50% back or ship at my own cost to China with lots of preconditions which will be their excuse not to pay me back. Avoid these scammers.

Don’t buy ANYTHING from these people. They are liars and scammers and have virtually no customer service. I would rate them zero if I could. I bought a pair of shoes in my normal size which I could not even get on. The basic design was faulty. I felt secure based on the promise in their online ad: “100% satisfied. Buying items online can be a daunting task. We will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.”
But- no contact information in the paperwork. No phone number in the ad and the customer service email address in the ad was wrong. Several guesses at the email address later I got through, just lucky. Their first response was to keep the shoes and receive a 20% refund. Can’t wear them, doesn’t work. OR…. I could mail them back to a supplied address (at my expense) and receive a 100% refund. Here you have to bear in mind the shoes shipped from California and they claim to have warehouses all around the world. THE SUPPLIED ADDRESS FOR SHIPPING WAS IN CHINA! These supposedly ‘made in USA’ shoes came from China. Expensive shipping and I don’t believe I’d get a refund from China. They said I could not ship them back to the California address.
Best of all it looks like these leather shoes are actually plastic.

This stuff is total rubbish. The orthopedic insole is just plain white bubble foam. The "leather" is real plastic. There are no "wide" sizes. If you live in a hot climate these will give you foot rot. I had to give a single star as this is the only way to give a review. I would not rate this organisation at all. After sales service is handled by a separate organisation, and any refund is a monumental task. Stay well away from this lot.

I requested a refund ,no response.

World's worst. Product crap - a pair of overpriced cheaply made shoes in my case - and the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED. Stay away. Photos looked great but shoes were poorly made. I buy a ton of stuff from Amazon and other reputable merchants. These are Chinese thieves.

I expressed my concern because to track your order you have to provide your credit card details to a third person(Some shoponline outfit) WHY??
However, my order arrived within three weeks and in good order. The product is also as described and only time will tell if it is durable.
I am happy with the order and a backup service I received. Thank you Trustpilot.

This Company is 100% scam .It lies from the very start to the end . First the shoes I got are not the same as in the sales pictures. The shoes they sent me are of very poor quality.They do not worth the price they are asking for.I would not pay $5.00 for them. Since they do not. have the phone no. or address it is very hard to get hold of them. They would not return my e-mail once they got the money from me.I ordered four pairs of shoes,two pairs were wrong kind, not the ones I ordered. They say I can return them and got my money back ,but they would not give me the return address or any other instructions such as who is paying for the return. I am very frustrated in dealing with Burnzay. If you buy any thing from them you may have the same experiences.Please read the the reviews before buying.Another trick they play and that is they will delete some of the emails they sent you so you have no evidence of what they promised what they will to
get the money back for returning the wrong kind of shoes they sent you.Any emails from them indicating they will do some th ratify the problems will be delete not long after they were sent.
