I guess I'm the exception to the rule
I guess I'm the exception to the rule. Got exactly what I ordered. Fit great and very comfortable. They are the slip ons with the little zipper on the side. It did take about 3 weeks to get them. After about one week ordering them, I got tracking info. Took about 2 weeks from China thru customs, etc.
They can improve by stopping the scam…
They can improve by stopping the scam and the lies. If "It's made in the USA" why can you order direct from China for $17.48 with free shipping. And what is the reversion to a $132.99 price - another lie?
scrap just don't order
Leather??? Scam!!
This company advertises leather shoes but they are totally plastic. The sizing is wrong. The guarantee refund is a scam. They want you to pay for shipping to China for return.
Pictures look great but the shoes are not anything like it. Stay away.
Junk
Junk, what a surprise when I opened the bag,(that's right, not even a box). The shoes are so cheap they were wrinkled, as in paper, cardboard. Soles are held on with some type of rubber plug. I don't even want to donate these to St.Vincent de Paul!
I ordered 3 pairs of beautiful Walking…
I ordered 3 pairs of beautiful Walking shoes .. The shoe are of very poor quality paper thin fabric. Not leather as advertised ... Shoes don't have materials used on the inside.
No arch support whatsoever the insoles are paper thin with no cushion at all .. Soles are cheap plastic. You hear a slapping sound when you walk ..
I will not return ... I will donate to local Salvation Army ..
Never again ... I should have read reviews prior to ordering. $120.00 down the drain. 3 @39.99 each paire

Well where do I start...
Well where do I start. I saw the ad and looks like quality shoes. $119.95 LATER I GET TRASH.Shoes are WAY NOT THE SIZE,NO "SUPPORT" THE INSOLES ARE LIKE CARDBOARD. I sent an email and now they say I can keep the product and get a 20% refund. I said ok to just get this POS company out of my life. BEWARE.
1. Order Burnzay shoes and get burned!
1. I ordered Burnzay shoes some 3 months ago (in August, 2022). They were quickly delivered, but did not fit. I queried Burnzay for guidance – get other shoes, or a return policy. Strangely, I also reported, the shoes had no indication of size – just a number (5709.42). Also, the shoes, in real life, do not look half as attractive as in the photos.
2. I received a quick, courteous response from Lulu, who advised me that I should just keep the shoes and I would receive a 50% refund ($17.09 - which was bad arithmetic, since I had paid $56.98.) She also gave me a second option: I could return the shoes (to China) and get a full refund. That would be for me ‘forwarding’ shoes, not ‘returning’ shoes, I tried to explain – since they came from RYM, 848 W. 7th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90017 – but, prohibitively expensive, in any case. I still expected a full refund.
3. Lulu admitted that $17.09 was an incorrect figure – should have been $28.49 – providing I keep the shoes. Otherwise, to qualify for a full refund, I’d have to send the shoes to the Burnzay warehouse, as follows: to HUANG ZHI HENG (Consignee) at 401 Fada Building, JINGCAIGONGYEYUAN DAOGAOXIN QINGXIZHEN (street address), at 523660 (ZIP code), in DONGGUAN (city), in GUANGDONG (state), in China (country). When the shoes have cleared Chinese customs, undamaged, and delivered to the warehouse, I would receive my full refund ($56.98).
4. Lulu came up with a new offer: I keep the shoes (which I can’t wear) and I’ll get a 60% refund (vs. the original 50%). That will be Burnzay’s final offer, or, I can still send the shoes to China and get a full refund ($56.98).
5. The above exchanges transpired over a 3 month period. Today, December 1, I still have the shoes and Burnzay still has my money. I think I’ve been scammed. If you read this saga and still opt to do business with Burnzay – good luck!

Shoe scam!!
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in October and it is Nov 30th and not received. They claim the shoes are tied up in customs on the way from China!! I made 4 inquiries with no results. According to their Website they are based on London! They are a scam!! I am disputing the credit card charge. They should not be allowed to operate in the USA!!
Wrong size shoes
Wrong size shoes

Do not buy
SCAM Company/can't contact/impossible return policy.
First the pictures on the website are not what you will receive.
I order 2 pairs of shoes.
What I got were 2 pairs of extremely cheap shoes of the wrong size.
Communicating with company is impossible. Returning anything is impossible (read their 'return' policy on their website).
From the packaging, the shoes came from China (probably), mailed or shipped to 'Alice' in LA who apparently mails them within the US. There is no return address.
This COMPANY IS A SCAM.
I disagree
I feel I have to provide some balance to the awful reviews here.
I ordered two pairs of these shoes from their website. I kept the page open which I always do until the confirmation email arrives.
No email but I'm a trusting person so waited. After ten days I used the website message page to say I'd received nothing. Within hours, their service person emailed to apologise and provide tracking details. The shoes arrived next day and I have to say I love them. I keep them on all day they're so comfortable, the arch support seems to work great and the cushioned instep really comfy.
Thank you.
Ordered two pair of shoes on 21 October…
Ordered two pair of shoes on 21 October 2022 and, as of today (16 November) I have not received anything. When clicking on the tracking link button, a page full of oriental characters, which I cannot comprehend, appears. This site is obviously either a scam, totally incompetent or completely a fraud.
Do not get BURNed
Do not get BURNed. Piece of crap shoes. Long wait for delivery, no email response from company. I feel robbed.
Wrong size shoes delivered
Wrong size shoes delivered. I requested correct size. All I receive is reduced price for shoes that don't fit. Poor service and refusal to replace is disgraceful. Are you that cheap? Two months screwing with Lulu feray help.
Read Reviews Before the Purchase not After
After getting burned a few times by pretty pictures I have learned, I hope, to check reviews first. I bought clothes from Milamode and received items in all different sizes including children size. Supposed to be XL. Then stonewall, negotiation, deal and donation. This might be a new China business model.
This company deserves no stars
This company deserves no stars. They advertise as made in the USA. I ordered 2 pairs they shipped from L.A. They are pieces of crap. When i tried to return them they started making me deals. Underneath the shipping label was a shipping label from China addressed to me. Thank goodness I purchased thru PayPal. They wanted me to pay for shipping back to China, which was more than the shoes. Cheap vinyl shoes with horrible insoles. I held out and got a full refund. They didn't even want the shoes back. I gave the shoes to a hard working homeless person who was so grateful. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE
