REALLY POOR SERVICE
This was my recent experience.
Chopard blue faced LUC watch sent by Burrells Jewellers for service and repair to Chopard at a cost well in excess of £1,000
Returned to me in a filthy condition, a black face rather than the blue faced original, not working correctly.
To date our correspondence has been polite and measured.
However, I am at a loss as to know how a luxury brand can perform this badly.
Quite frankly I am disgusted by the whole experience.
Have not received a reply to my recent email sent some 6 weeks ago.
