Fantastic flooring everytime.
I have bought from Burt's many times in my old property and since I moved home here . I had Burt's flooring for nine years in my old house and I never had to change it. It was amazing .
I have now moved home and the flooring i have ordered again is amazing it never disappoints.
Highly recommend. Also very fast delivery.

Fantastic company and service
Fantastic company and service. Bought a Hugh McKay carpet, paid for it on Saturday, delivered on the Wednesday. Carpet is now laid, it is beautiful & £500 cheaper than local stockist. Couldn’t fault this company, 100% recommend.

Outstanding customer service
I decided to leave a review due to there being a hold up with delivery. Sometimes that warrants a poor review but not this time. I called in the week to enquire when my flooring would be delivered. Phill checked and came back to me with not only honesty, but a solution as I had a specific day planned to fit it.
I was kept updated at every step and the flooring arrived on time. I even received a call to advise me it’s been delivered. Even though phill was not at work.
The service has been fantastic from start to finish and I can’t recommend Burts flooring enough. I won’t go anywhere else

The driver arrived with 4m x 4m vinyl flooring, it should have been 2 man delivery but he was on his own. The husband in his late 70s offered to help, and the driver was very grateful. He was a really nice guy

Terrible service even before purchase
Don’t expect a good service from this company. I used burts online 4 years ago and had no issues. That’s until I tried to order with them in 2025. Shocking customer service. Tried ordering 4 samples online waited a week and only received 1 out of the 4. So I sent an email requesting some samples. Explained that I was in a rush to get them and would happy pay for next day delivery or would put down a deposit to show how I was to going to purchase from them. 2 weeks later and still no samples, either the staff are incompetent or the quality is just not as good as before it’s either one. There’s nothing wrong with my mail delivery so it’s definitely their end really disappointed.

5* Great Quality/ delivery and website
Great website easy to view and good selection.
Order at 3pm and was on its way the next day . Telephoned to say delivery would be next day between 8 and 5 and arrived about 10.45. Delivered to my hall no problems ands the quality is fabulous very impressed 5*.

Product good. DX delivery not so good. Was informed delivery on Monday 30th June between 0700....1800. Waited in all day. Item didn't arrive. No prior notification to inform me thai it wouldn't be delivered on that day. Item arrived on Tuesday 1st July.

Good value product/ fantastic dispatch…
Good value product/ fantastic dispatch time but delivery was delayed with no communication. The delivery companY informed me the item was out for delivery between 6am - 7pm but didn’t arrive until 3pm the following day so 2 days off work waiting in an empty property after paying £40 for delivery Not burts fault but a better courier with up to date tracking would improve the whole experience
