Phoned up this morning due to my tyre going flat. Everyone was so helpful and throughly checked it for me, being a young girl I don’t have a clue about cars and tyres. Can’t express how kind and considerate everyone was! Would highly recommend to anyone! Again thank you for all your help today!

Prompt service and sourcing tyres, replaced them the following day, amazing customer service and telephone enquiries were constant especially whilst the two guys were under pressure running fitting and the desk
and a manager ‘ on training day’

Had a nail in tyre whilst out of area. Bush Tyres were excellent at sourcing the tyre (not common), getting the next day, looking after car overnight and then completing the job professionally. Top class customer service also. Chris H

Very efficient. Absolutely lovely team. Had a tyre puncture and they managed to change security bolts and change tyre all within 1.5 hours.

Ordered van tyre online but unfortunately it didn’t arrive from the warehouse for the day planned. I received a courtesy call from Glynn (Manager), an apology and arrangements were made for when the tyre arrived. Tyre fitted today by Glynn who explained the reasons for my old tyre deflating and removed rim corrosion, balanced and fitted the tyre. He checked all other tyre pressures as well. He turned an initial frustration into a positive experience. Will return again.

Used these guys a couple of times in the last few months-very helpful and professional-emergency puncture fix and special order tyres-done while I waited on both occasions.

The service itself was incredibly fast. I expected a long wait, but they got me in and out in no time without compromising quality. The technician even took a moment to explain what they had done and gave me some advice for tire maintenance going forward, which I really appreciated.

Please beware for this garage they will destroy your property and try and buy your car for penny. This has got to be the worst garage in Ely. I have never had a problem with any other garage round here.

Took vehicle there for service, never to drive the car again absolute nightmare.

As soon as I entered the building I was cheerfully greeted by a worker, the man in the office was friendly and gave an honest opinion on my tyres, they were cracking around the shoulder and outer tread blocks, yes I could still run them but safer to change. He told me it would take 45 minutes, did I want to wait or walk into town? We were going to have a wander around, no problem, take your time, no rush. Lovely!
He’d tried to ring but signal was poor, left an answer message that I eventually got.
Had a lovely banter with them when I got back, might not be for everyone but I enjoyed it. Overall they made me feel very welcome, like I was a regular customer instead of a first timer. I will be coming back when needed. Oh, and the tyres feel great, no issues!

Excellent service time after time, knowledged staff and speedy service. 10/10 would recommend!

I went into my local bush tyres workshop was served by a man on the reception I was quoted a good price arranged to go back next day for 4 new tyres I am very happy with the service I received I will definitely use Bush tyres again in Ely Cambridgeshire
