I have asked 3 times for my personal number to be removed from their data base, they still continue to contact, I don’t normally review this type of thing but it’s borderline harassment at this point the amount of calls I get.

They are in breach of GDPR regulations. If they do call again I’m just going to report them.

Do not engage. Target pensioners on the phone and tell them that they can help them. Promised to do something that was impossible. Really keen to get email addresses.

these people called me tonight pretending to be from my company Scottish power, threatening that my bills would be inflated x3 the next morning, then said they are helping small businesses if they couldn’t afford that new tariff and got someone to call me back 15 mins later to lock in before they closed that night or it would be too late. I looked on here whilst on the phone and hung up. They tried to aggressively swap me to maxen power, octopus or British Gas lite, I suggested one of the well known ones would be better and they started pushing me for maxen and my bank details. Very luckily I just hung up.

This company called me pretending to be my suppliers British Gas Lite, told me that I'd be getting moved to British Gas business and that my bills would be doubled.
If I'm not happy with that they can get Business Energy Direct to give me a call to see if they can get me a more competitive deal.
They listed 3 but pushed me to choose Maxen Power, they said I had until Monday to change as the new prices would take hold with my current suppliers. They told me to cancel my direct debit with British Gas Lite.
When Maxen Power called to seal the deal I had already done my research.
British Gas Lite were not changing my bills or moving me and the prices Business Energy said I was paying was a complete lie once I'd had a moment to check my statements.
Totally unethical and law breaking. I was contacted by someone called "Joshua"07418358991 (I do not believe that was his real name)
This company scam you to try and get you to go to wherever is going to get them the most commission. Atm Maxen Power.

Persistent calls. Vague answers as to where they got my details, always rude when I ask to be removed from the list.
Scam company and illegal unethical practices violating UK GDPR.

DO NOT trust anyone who says they are from your energy supplier from an 0161 number today it was from 01615490170 trying to get me to move to Maxen Power supply. I am reporting them, having spoken to my supplier who were Not changing my tarriffas . ALL of their chat was based on lies on behalf of Maxen Power Supply Ltd.

I was very surprised by the bad reviews here and then realised that there is more than one company called Business Energy Direct! This is Business Energy Direct Ltd but another company trades as Business Energy Direct and has an email address that is the same but without the hyphens between the words and a different logo. That company are excellent as my club has used them for many years and always gets a good deal with no pressure selling.

Absolutely shocking. Quoted me a higher price than I am already paying and then put pressure on me to change supplier. Ludicrous!!!

Very poor business. Have trained their staff to lie through their teeth from the start. Called me saying from my supplier EDF 1st lie, gave me the exagerated market tarrifs to scare me, lie2. Then passed me to manager Mr Smarmy Sam Morgan who stated he was New business manager if Business Energy Direct. The truth. After I hung up he called me 4 more times. So not from any supplier just Scamming businesses with what they think is smooth talk. A really despicable company.

Aggressive sale technique when I said not interested, would avoid at all costs.

This company needs to be avoided I have just been railroaded by them. they call 1st saying they are from my energy supplier and gave me false information of price hike. If I was not happy i could be referred to the governments energy Direct team who would call me. 15 mins later i received a call we i was rail roaded and parted with bank details to set up a direct debit for a cheaper deal which infact had this company been truthful it is only their standard charge is cheaper . on putting down the phone I went onto the business energy supplier and the penny dropped........ SCAMED!! I am now in the process of stopping this and reporting them to the ombudsman

AVOID. This company is aggressive and possibly a fake company trying to scam you for your bills. Consistently calling my business every hour and being rude and not listening to my requests to stop calling telling me I am overcharged by my current provider. Total scam do not try to talk to them they are impossible and rude shouting down the phone - why do they think we would ever ever give them our business when they are rude and persistent. Best to hang up and report the number.

We used Dean at our business for the new electricity supply. Dean was very competitive with his quotation and explained the process perfectly for us. A pleasure to deal with , would highly recommend.

This company is like a cockrouch you can new get rid of him. We have told them numerous of times to stop calling but he still does. It's my mother's business she is 83 and boy he won't stop calling. He also says he works for British gas no he's a energy advisor. PLEASE STOP CALLING

We keep getting spam calls from this company, today we had a horrible one where the sales representative aggressively kept telling me my current provider was overcharging me and I was stupid to stay with them, he called me a rude word, as well as saying he hoped I die after I told him I wasnt interested in switching provider and I interrupted his sales pitch. After I asked that they stop calling and remove our number from their database he said he was going to make sure his 1000+ colleagues had our number and he would personally ensure we would get daily calls from them. It sounds unbelievable but I recorded the phone call and will be submitting it for a formal complaint.

We have used Dean for many years now and found his help and advise invaluable. He does bamboozle with figures and stats and try to sell you contracts that other so called Energy companies do and I would have not hesitation in recommending his services.
