Always a delay

I run a appliance and hvac business. I have a business account with Amazon and ever item I have gotten from them has been either late or delayed to the next day. Remind u I pay for the overnight or next day. They only wanted to give me a 5 dollar credit and part still wasn't delivered. Im going to eliminate them and no more business with them again

Scam and poor service and they steal your items you buy!

I got a hold of Amazon today for the sixth time well then three months because another order they tried to hide that never came in that I remembered was supposed to come yesterday. I got on Amazon and looked for it couldn’t find my package that never came and didn’t even show I ordered it so I messaged Rufus and said hey where’s my water? I ordered their little help thing they have called Rufus couldn’t even find it. I had to talk to a customer service person. They finally found it and they said oh they just didn’t have enough so y’all make me wait for two months for something that’s not gonna come and y’all know that and then after the third time of supposing to ship my product, it fell again and they tried to hide it. They have been taking half of my energy drinks. I ordered from there like literally when I get them in one of my boxes are always opened and there’s some missing and then my sodas are all smashed half the time juices busted half the time. Oh they didn’t deliver drinks on a day they were supposed to for a birthday party not to mention it was all the money I had and it was supposed to be there the day before and then of course it said the next day as usual so I was like you know maybe they’ll bring it gave them the benefit of the doubt and I had a party with no drinks mad parents and kids and I don’t I can’t blame them because I was pissed too Amazon used to be good but now please save your money and just order from Walmart or somewhere that actually gonna send you your product you buy with your money because if y’all are like me, I live out in the country I have children. I don’t have a store close to me and my vehicle works half the time so I do depend on my orders and when they don’t come through. I do get mad and Amazon prime treats people like were a joke because they’re sitting there taking our stuff no we ain’t getting everything we’re buying and thinking it’s okay like I’m sorry. Let me do that to you. I guarantee you you’d be the same way we are. I really hope Amazon shut down because they’re terrible service. They’ve been stealing people’s data and everything else come on people. It’s open our eyes stay away from Amazon prime they are almost as bad as Temu . 🤷‍♀️ and if anything sounds weird in here I’m sorry I’m using my phone’s microphone to type.

Amazon Business Prime is the worst…

Amazon Business Prime has the worst customer service, the worst and most inept drivers/delivery persons ever, they lie about delivery, their are blind and don't care about the shape your packages are in when they are delivered, customer service is somewhere in the western pacific regions and they can barely talk and when you ask where is your package they just keep saying "it was delivered" when it wasn't don't waste your time or money, SHOP LOCAL!

Complete morons

Complete morons ! Could not verify a valid license. Tried multiple times and finally said Eff you and closed it. This is what you get when you hire the level of people Amazon hires. Sticking with the regular prime account and will for sure go to the store instead when I can !!

Be very careful

I've used Amazon for years with very few problems until recently. Even when there were issues with a product or seller they were always quick to step in and make sure things were handled appropriately. My last experience will be the reason I'll not use Amazon from here forward.

Purchased a set (2) of items from a 3rd party seller, through Amazon, as I've done countless times in the past. When the package arrived, 1 of the items were missing. Messaged the seller immediately and received an automated apology message and instructed to start a return to rectify the issue. Return started and shortly after an email stating that the replacement had been sent. Replacement arrives and it's 1 item, not the set and I'm expected to return the first. Message seller again and receive the same automated message. Call Amazon customer service, explain the situation, they look at messages and whatever else. Tell me to disregard the return now that I have received both items, completing my original order. Skip a few weeks and get an email that I've been charged for not returning the original item.

Start a claim with Amazon for the a to z guarantee. Fill out all the requested forms, send all chats and emails. A few days later I get an email asking for the same things again, nothing but automated messages and repeats. Call customer service and am told that I have to file a claim, again and just wait for the same questions and responses again. Seems they're perfectly OK with letting sellers on their platform take money and not deliver what's paid for. Thankfully Visa still takes care of their customers. On phone call about being double charged and within 24 hours the overcharged amount was credited. Be careful with your payment method with Amazon, they just charge you whatever and whenever they want.

Even without an active subscription…

Even without an active subscription they try to recharge your bank yearly, luckily our card had expired. We have not had prime since 2023 and they try to charge you even without an active subscription, customer support do not help. If they cannot follow answers of a flow chart, they say there is nothing they can do. I have had to close my business prime account.

Beware of Amazon Business Prime upgrades

I run a family business and I've been with Amazon for as long as I can remember and not had many problems.....until I got a call from Amazon inviting me to swap my Amazon Prime account for a free Business account. Why would I do that I asked? "Well, it's free and we give you discounts ON EVERYTHING." (Actually many things are the same price, but then they add VAT) "You can have 30 days to pay" (not interested). "We allow you five members to use the Prime Business service." (interested since Amazon recently stopped family accounts and we run a family business). What about Prime Video and Music, will all five users get that? "YES, but that need Business Prime at £95+VAT". (OK, then I'm in!) On that basis I had my account Prime Account changed to a Business Prime Account. Unfortunately the pricing is poorer, and the Prime Video is NOT available. We lost our Prime Video, and no one else could access it either. It got worse... I cancelled Business Prime but there is no way to revert from a Business Account to a Personal account. My wife removed her name from the business account. She had to re-register for a personal account using the same email, but now she has lost hundreds of pounds worth of books, audible and music. There is no support available from Amazon, nobody to call and no waning about trashing your library and losing your purchases. Amazon reps are lying. They are mis-selling their services. It's an absolute shambles.
