The worst customer service, I use this for my Ecommerce and they are not solving any issues recently!!!

In Dec 21, my Facebook account is hacked and £16,262.12 unauthorised advertising spending was created. Although Facebook confirmed in writing that the account is compromised and the unauthorised spending was returned on 18th of January , they never processed the refund in real! 6 months passed and they still telling me to wait. I only hear "rest assured, internal team is working on the case". They cannot give a specific timeframe. 6 months passed! CASE ID : 445914607035110

We have been unable to change the payment card on our business account, through which we spend £10k+ per annum. Despite speaking with the Facebook bot, the Concierge Service, and then three real humans, including one who professed to being our account manager, we're now four months in and nobody can fix the issue (or even take ownership for it). Disappointing and it is now affecting our business.

I work with internet sales, I read all facebook guidelines so I don't have to go through unnecessary blocks, I advertise products within a total policy in favor of facebook, and even then I can't advertise with so much blockingI want to be able to work peacefully, I'm sure that if they review the analysis I've already asked, they'll release my ad pages.

As has been stated by many on this thread the Meta organization is a pariah with respect to eCommerce. Hopefully, Mr. Elon Musk and others of like mind will go after monopolies such as Meta which are nothing other than Marxist criminal enterprises.

I see that very few people are happy with this company. Meta as it is now called is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They make their ads payments arrangement very complicated and it is impossible to contact anyone personally . I will find another way of advertising my business. When a business is regularly taking your money they should be very easy to contact. The trouble is they simply do not care

facebook are total scumbags.
They cause problems and have made it impossible to contact them to solve those problems.
They will ban your acocunt for the most ridiculous reasons, yet will allow other people to be incredible offensive, racist, prejudice etc.
They will even ban you for simply responding to abuse from someone else, yet that other person remains unbanned and their nasty comments online.

Don't waste you money on this, completely stupid system.

I was hacked Facebook ad. Bank account need to be blocked to avoid paid hacked ads. Facebook didn't support anything even 9 working day. Terrible!

I had a horrible experience with Facebook Ads.

I saw an ads that it didn't belong to me and they blocked me from advertising because of them, 1 year later they unblocked my access to ads but they charged me over 400$ for them, I contacted fb support about this and someone might hacked into my account,but they are useless.

Don't ever use Facebook ads.

Facebook business is not for small business owners or creators. Facebook give restriction on pages without any reason. Even when you ask to Facebook support team why it's happening they can't give you a valid reason. Sometimes Investing money in facebook is a big loss for small business owners or small creators. They don't give you any solution to get rid out of this problem. Same thing is happened to me and it's very depressing.

facebook is biggest scammer people can't even realised that when they fall into a trap. new creators and small business owners are investing money in facebook to grow their business but facebook give them silly reasons and restricted their pages without any reason. The Facebook support team itself can not explain.

Worst service I've ever had from any advertising platform in over 20 years in marketing.

High minded companies like FB are dangerous, they think they are justified in treating business customers like garbage in the name of their nonsense abstract values. Its especially bad when they have a monopoly and its probably not legal.

For example I am advertising a job and Facebook says I have to advertise the job to 18 to 65+ and a 17km radius because they are the overlords of morality. The UK apprentice scheme is only available for 16 to 24 yr olds so you obviously think you know better than the British Government, and some of the towns within a 17km radius to me are separated by 3 miles of water. Total stupidity.

Any reasonable company would also speak to you, but its 3 replies and account blocked forever and no one will speak to you.

Other accounts I've had problems with: 1 permanently banned for no reason, 1 account repeatedly banned in error and re-instated after a delay which causes client to leave, 1 account disabled immediately at the start and requested endless identity documents from the client which caused them to leave.

Also only allowed two business accounts. I have 20 Google Ads clients what use is 2 business accounts, do you not want the advertising revenue.

Facebook keeps allowing cosmetic surgery eyelash lips & women stuff to be advertised on my newsfeed despite my attempts to block & Change my newsfeed settings

Business account and page got hacked. Reported several times and it is still not resolved completely after a month. Super disappointed on your team, this is not the standard anyone would expect.

It states that we can only verify our business if we have a Chinese Bank Account but I have the actual URL that I was directed too when I wanted to verify my business so if someone from head of of Facebook could contact me that would be great!

Just so we could look at that URL and see what the problem is around here???

Honestly where do I begin. I'm speaking to robots or someone who doesn't understand how Facebook works.

All i wanted was to connect an instagram to a facebook page - 45 mins later and Im still telling them what the logins for instagram are.
