I opened my account two weeks ago, and everything has gone smoothly so far. Before opening my business, I had a call with Jessica Hall, who answered all of my questions clearly and professionally. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

I number my questions and she proceeds to answer me with definitions and doesn't respond my questions at all.

The worst part is there is no cancellations or refunds offered.
No phone number to talk to a human.
