I have been working with Kara on opening a Virtual Mailbox and she is a delight to work with! She sent me videos and answered all of my questions in regards to filling out the necessary paperwork and providing my ID’s. She is personable, friendly and knowledgeable, making it easy to talk to her. I also had some other forms Notarized by her on a separate occasion, and she made the process smooth and easy for me. She also answered other questions I had in that meeting. I don't generally write reviews, but wanted you to know I had an exceptional interaction with Cara during the Thanksgiving week. We have rental properties in three states and the mail services are a real help since we're infrequently in one location for mail pickup. The virtual mail is good for most everything. Anyway, some mail didn't arrive when we expected it and there would have been a cost to any delay caused on our end. Cara was able to research the situation and determine that the fault was not ours. This saved us more than a few dollars. As an added bonus, Cara was really pleasant and understanding, so it was easy to deal with her and get a quick answer. Highly recommend this service for those who need it.

UPDATE to respond to business response, which is 100% FALSE. I have copies of the mail that was addressed directly to the BusinessAnywhere Address (NOT previous address) that was sent on 10/15/2025, and it was uploaded to the portal on 11/25/2025. I have another dated and sent 10/22/2025, and uploaded to portal 12/2/2025. I have an insurance bill dated sent on 11/11/2025, and uploaded to portal on 12/4/2025 (this bill was DUE on 12/1/2025)!!!!
I had reached out to them to cancel my service and requested for prorated refund. They completely IGNORED my request. I simply CANNOT use this service!! BEWARE they will NOT give you a refund and there's no satisfaction guarantee like other mail services.

I use another mail service for one of my businesses, and the letters from the SAME insurance company always arrives within 2 weeks, so this is NOT a problem with USPS but rather a problem with BusinessAnywhere. They are just trying to point fingers and blame USPS and refuse to take responsibility for their own POOR service!!

Unlike PhysicalAddress.com, VirtualPostMail, and PostScan Mail etc, who OWN their own hubs, BusinessAnywhere uses UPS store locations, which means your mail goes to an UPS store first, then the mail gets forwarded to BusinessAnywhere location to be processed, which explains the LONG delays! I highly recommend going with a service that OWN their own hub instead of using a forward service like BusinessAnywhere!!!!

1-Star Review: Unreliable Mail Forwarding – Caused Late Bills and Financial Harm
Business Anywhere’s mail forwarding service has been a complete disaster, with most piece of mail arriving 6-7 weeks after the postmark date. These extreme delays meant I paid bills late, racked up penalties, and received critical checks far too late, directly harming my finances personally and for my business.

Despite repeated issues over months, I started 5 months ago, the service never improved, making it unusable for anyone needing timely mail handling. I’m canceling immediately and demanding a partial refund for unused months, because their reliability is nonexistent.

Avoid this service – it’s not worth the risk. Trustpilot users report similar frustrations with delays and poor support.

I had my scheduled call with Agnese this morning and feel much better about the service. I had had an issue with the online notary service which is separate from the mail service. I'm looking forward to using this service.
