This is the first time I have used business class international. I was dealing with Richard. He was excellent very helpful and knowledgeable and also very patient. He organised the flights I wanted on the aircraft type I wanted. I would definitely recommend the company as Richard found very good prices as well, better than I could on line. I will use them again without hesitation.

The dealings that I had with Steve Langton by email and 'phone were first class and he went to endless trouble to get me a deal that was acceptable to both of us and I would not hesitate recommending the company to any of my friends.
