Good response to query, they called back when promised, were able to cope patiently with multiple dates and itineraries. Recommended.

Just to say that everything was brilliant until the experience at Ecran on the return journey. We arrived at the airport and was told to Q up with the economy class. We were very surprised and insisted that we were business class but completely ignored.
To add insult to injury when we at last arrived to board the plane we found that there were business class passengers already seated. So this begs the question why were we ignored.
When arriving at Istanbul the business class entrance was opened to all passengers and again we had to queue, a few frustrations which I know you can deal with.

Have returned to Trailfinders after giving Business Class International a try. Although an attractive price had been offered my partner encountered a few errors. Jack dealt with our request but issues arose which my partner did not expect. Next time we will pay slightly more but live in the knowledge the job has been done correctly.

Kee Villiers provides an excellent service. He was extremely helpful and patient. He gave and maintained clear and precise communication throughout. I didn’t feel pressurised to make a decision as I was given time to look at a number of possible deals and alternatives. I would most certainly use Business Class International again and would recommend friends and relatives to use it too.

I haven't actually taken the trip yet so I can't speak to the full experience but the process of booking was a very good one. Richard was very patient in answering all my questions and checking lots of different options. He found me a great deal on Business flights for Christmas. I'm very much looking forward to the trip!

Update: I've now taken the trip and everything ran really smoothly and was excellent! All made better by the fact that I hadn't paid a fortune to be there. Thanks Richard!

So far the service has been excellent, but it is related to booking flights for January.
The price quoted was excellent and very competitive. Stephen was able to answer all my questions. I normally book my flights directly with the airline but will seriously consider using this company again

Stephen was terrific. Good pricing and flight times with excellent follow through and prompt response. This is our first time using this company and they may well get all of our business in the future.

As I emailed them on a Sunday afternoon, I did not receive a next day reply, however, when I phoned them, they dealt with my enquiry promptly and I had a reservation within a couple of hours
