Richard at Business Class International found me the best possible flights from Manchester to Auckland and return. He spent a lot of time finding a routing that saved me money but also meets my criteria of excellent carriers with good lie-flat seats and a short overall journey time. He spent a lot of time tweaking the routing and I cannot be more happy with the service provided. I recommend the company unreservedly and will use them again.

From initial enquiry to booking, payment and ATOL protection, through to e tickets within 20 hours onto a first class airline saving us 25 to 30% of anything we could find ourselves.

I received the best advice and service finding me flights to NZ via the Philippines at affordable prices as we are a family of three.

Came across this link while sorting through emails this morning and thought for once it may be an idea to share my experience over the years. Not only for others but also so the business itself is aware of the path it is taking.

Booked with Lee many times over the years before Steve started dealing with our travel plans. All was fine till I started obtaining other quotations. In our last 5 quotations this year Steve has been £1500-£3000 more expensive than all other quotations received from other agents. On 2 occasions he has been over £1500 more than the airline directly.

For this reason I will now no longer book with business class international. It's particularly upsetting to feel we have been treated this way, but it just goes to prove that you should never stay loyal 1 particular business.

I came across Business Class International just by chance on Facebook and the best thing i did was to leave my name and phone number,i have been looking for flights to Australia for some time.
Stephen gave me a call shortly after i am so glad he did as i have now booked my flight to Australia Stephen and the team were so helpful and so professional and nothing was to much trouble for Stephen,

This is the third time we’ve booked to fly to Melbourne with BCI and all done with the same friendly professional service - thank you Stephen! We are going at Easter 2020 and got a great deal with China Airlines Business Class at the same price we paid for Cathay Pacific in 2016 (!) and it’s basically a similar product (A350) with full flat bed and direct aisle access and comes with great reviews. We are both elderly and this fits our needs perfectly- with our visas included in the price. We can now relax and look forward to seeing our family again. Thanks again BCI and Stephen!

My wife spoke to someone called Lee before we eventually booked our holiday with another company. He was extremely rude and totally unprofessional to her. Needless to say we will not be ringing this company again!
In response to your rude reply; The call was made before we went away on holiday, it was only after speaking to my son did we recall the experience.
As for my other reviews, I am an elderly man and it was my nephew who told me to go onto trustpilot and leave a review ( even though that is none of your business )
I left this review so that other elderly customers are aware of my wife's bad experience.
