My wife and I contacted Business Class International to ask for help in booking a business class flight UK to Sydney. Amanda called us back very quickly and was extremely helpful and informative. She found us a convenient one stop return flight at what we considered was a very competitive price. We booked immediately after being given all the answers to our questions. The lady (Amanda) who dealt with my vague request for cheap business class flight to NZ from Glasgow was efficient without being over keen. Always followed requests and answered questions in a timely manner by email.
When I started using the site out of curiosity, I did not think I would end up using the service to buy the tickets: I was wrong, the service was so good.

I contacted Flight scanner for the first time and received a phone call back from Amanda Britton a day or two later. From that phone call onwards, taking into account my fairly complex flight requirements/dates and all such matters, she made the process 100% seamless. She answered e mails and questions very swiftly either by e mail or in person on the phone. A more helpful individual a customer could not hope for. Since I shall be flying back to Bangkok at least twice per year, I shall without doubt be sticking with your company in future. You clearly choose carefully and then train your employees to a very high standard. Excellent and I look forward to booking again with you for another flight for early December. A marvellous experience all round. The only thing that might mar the flight is if turbulence is encountered on the way - but that is wholly out of your 'stewardship'! Many thanks.
