I bought the car in with a fault - not fixed
I bought the car in with a fault, paid a fortune to have it fixed, two months later it’s back AND it returned only a day after I’d brought it back in for significant bit of work that they suggested doing. They’ve now said they can only fit me in in three weeks time so have found a new garage to help me.

Fantastic experience from Busseys
Fantastic experience from Busseys. We needed a car quickly, Brandon and Simon the GM went above and beyond to not only meet the initial collection date but to exceed it.
Brandon was knowledgeable and listened to what we needed, no high pressure and understood what we wanted and needed.
Original visit was on Saturday with collection made available today (Wednesday). Car has been fully prepped and valeted.
Overall a great experience and I would totally recommend both Busseys and Brandon. Thank you so much for a great experience.
Also, nice touch with the video, really nice.

I had a problem with a side reflector…
I had a problem with a side reflector on my Peugeot 2008 which I have serviced/MOT at Busseys, Hall Road and the Parts/Service Manager was extremely helpful. He not only helped me identify the necessary part but as a courtesy fitted the new replacement free of charge. It was a fiddly job, well beyond my capabilities and I'm really grateful to him for his professionalism and fantastic customer service.

From beginning to end the team at Busseys were great, nothing was too much trouble for Jake who was my sales executive.
