Great service.
I had fantastic service from Kate, having health problems I’ve tried and failed to previously get life insurance but Kate was really helpful, she talked me through my options and has managed to get me cover. It’s such a relief to have something in place finally. She was really helpful on the phone and replied to messages quickly when I had a few questions, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Kerry was understanding, professional and passed no judgement when I explained my circumstances. She was honest and straight to the point. She didn't beat around the bush about things and made me feel really at ease. Though not being able to get life insurance, she found other methods to protect my family and I now have something in place to protect my son if the worst were to happen. Couldn't be happier that I chose Busy Bee to help me with my insurance. After a poor experience elsewhere, this was a perfect 10.

Excellent advice and so easy to understand
Well after seeing a very sad advertisement on facebook I couldnt stop thinking about my daughter and if anything happened to me so I clicked the link to get a quote and 2 days later I had a phone call....Josh was amazing explaining everything to me to find the best policy, because I have an underlying health issue I have to wait for the company to contact my doctor but Josh sorted me a temporary plan out while I wait so I'm covered incase the worst ever happened!
I'm only 32 but I feel so secure now. No matter your age just get a quote....you'll be surprised at the cost and benefits!

Troy who sorted my insurance out explained clear and thoroughly what my insurance titled. She was polite, clear and friendly and she showed interest in my family and why I was getting it and made it an extremely easy process to arrange. I was told my package/paperwork would come within 3-5 days and it showed up just 24 hours later! I didn't know that life insurance also cover time off work and broken bones so it was a nice surprise to find that out also. I would recommend Troy and busybee life insurance/ Caspian to anyone slightly interested in looked into getting insurance

Best experience with a phone advisor ever.
Had a great experience. The two ladies I spoken to were kind and informative. I never felt pressured into anything. I was highly informed by Kerry, who was also very patient as my 3 year old needed attention multiple times through the call! I was massively impressed when at the end Kerry asked some questions to ensure I fully understood the policy I was taking out, especially as I had been distracted at times by little one!
Very happy with the policy I came out with. Kerry was able to advise me on which ones were best for my personal situation and also for my budget.
Really pleased. Would definitely recommend.
