Unfriendly and Unhelpful when there's a problem

All goes well unless you actually have a problem and need their help with something. We had a problem with their online portal that lead to an unnecessary invoice being generated. They claimed that everything was fine and the mistake lay with something we did wrong or didn't do.

When I attempted to appeal to their better nature they were very unhelpful and insisted that the payment be made.

I hope the £60 odd was worth it for a bad review!

For this reason, I won't ever be using Busy Bees Benefits again and will recommend that others avoid them in the future.
