Beautiful brooches arrived safely to add to my collection

Recently purchased item online, I made a typo with the postcode and Royal Mail were unable to resolve delivery issues, they returned item to the company. To be honest I wrote it off at this point. But I heard from the store, gave them the correct details and they sent it out again. Received safely and very happy with the item and the service.

I have been a customer for many decades, l initially spotted their products at Selfridges London. Later at QVC Uk & have done for years. I missed out on a particular jewellery just b/4 Christmas on QVC for a birthday party early January so decided to visit their website. I was pleased to find them on their website.
They came very quickly and was v pleased😍
My only complaint is they have no matching rings available. As a Nigerian, we love to have the total ensemble for parties 😂.

Delivery was swift and I was really pleased with my items. However, I was given a discount as a reward for my previous order, but could not use it as it only lasted a little while. I was away for Christmas, so it expired before I returned, so I missed out on a little treat 😢 Therefore had to place my order with no reward

Beautiful items, well packed and ultraquick delivery. The Royal Lion brooch is spectacular - I just had to get the silver and the gold - both are amazing!

My last purchase was bought online. The ordering process was easy and delivery was fast.

Items took 12 days to arrive lot longer than usual because of bad weather in Scotland. Please with items good quality earrings very pretty. Rabbit good quality but lot larger than expected so returning for this reason. Otherwise pouches and gift boxes for the jewellery a nice touch.

The earrings were beautiful, better than I expected. They were very comfortable to wear.
