William was a great star
So I had holiday booked to go Lisbon unfortunately due to 2 of my friends testing positive I decided to postpone. William was very helpful and he spoke to hotels and see if we can change dates and some even refunded. He even went out of the way to call me to keep me updated and also offered me advice on how to purchase a flight for a friend under my account which i thought I could not. Great company with great customer services go beyond what is expected.

Purchased an item from a website but…
Purchased an item from a website but through Butter. Website turned out to be a fake and I was worried I was out of pocket. However, with Butter's amazing customer service I was able to get the money back which I am incredibly grateful for. Keiran was great and explained things very thoroughly. He was very understanding and sympathetic unlike other companies I have dealt with. Butters customer service team are one of the best I've had the experience of using and realy value each customer as an individual.
