Ordered products and they arrived within 2 days of ordering, even came with some free samples. Can't fault the service and I'll be shopping again.

I was very unsure earlier to order but finally did order. Due to ongoing COVID situation my package was delivered elsewhere. When contacted buttermilk regarding the issue they were very helpful in rescheduling another delivery. However there was some issue regarding the delivery from the delivery partner, but then when again raised a concern to buttermilk, they advised Me to cancel the order and gave me a full refund. I am very impressed by the customer care service and their promptness with my refund on time. Unfortunately, I was unable to the purchase products, but ill surely get back and order. I strongly recommend this website.

I have really dry skin and ordered some products from here and wowee they are great! The site is really clear and the ordering process was very easy! Great to see that Korean skincare products are getting more popular as they are really amazing! This site is perfect for bringing the Korean magic to a global audience! :)

So reasonably priced and feels great on your skin. Lightyears ahead of western equivalents and has worked on drier skin.

amazing quality, exactly what I needed! Getting hold of Korean skincare products has always been difficult, having it all here is a dream come true!

They sent me EXPIRED Korean skincare products (literally expiring the next month), acknowledged they were expired; promised to send me a discount code and NEVER did...
If you can't manage an e-commerce site don't have one! It's skincare for goodness & I'm putting these products ON MY FACE (are you dumb).
Please be careful when buying skincare manufactured from other countries - it is the seller's responsibility to be transparent. I've seen many other UK e-comm sites be VERY honest about expiration dates and when they are due to receive fresh intake. Do better or close your site. *I work in a digital industry and have worked at several consumer brand HQ's including merchandising & this is sheer laziness.

Easy website to use and fast delivery with lots of nice free samples!

No contact phone number, only a message box, that you can leave a message in and they will get back to you....when and if they want to.
Its so frustrating when you want to place an order and nothing seems to be working....the website is not allowing you to pay by card or paypal because of some glitch, and the company wont reply when you email them about this. On occasion they do reply, but not to answer questions about stock availability...they will steer you towards a product that is similar, but not the one you want...and wont actually reply to let you know if, or when an item will come back into stock at all.....
Honestly, I have never come across a UK website that works in this way, and something tells me they aren't working from inside the UK, because when they do reply to odd emails on occasion, its always around late evening to around midnight....
Its all a bit vague, with no company address, ....not even a return address that is available on the website. This all points to a Far Eastern company selling to the UK by using a .co.uk / .com domain...I may be wrong but its all a bit vague and not as transparent as a trustful company should be.
