The team’s knowledge of the local housing market was extensive, and they listened attentively to my requirements, making sure they understood my needs and preferences. Absolutely fabulous service, I dealt with all the ladies in the winsford branch, Sara, Pat, Lauren,Tresa and Sophie. The complete experience from day 1 of getting the house on the market to the end exchange was completely stress free, reassuring and so friendly and kind. I would highly recommend.

Having recently enquired and then viewed a property with BJB I have to say from the initial telephone enquiry, Patricia Rigby Sales Negotiator was friendly, professional and very thorough. I was kept in touch of the viewing appt by telephone and both Patricia and Sophie were just as friendly and professional on the viewing day, answering any questions I had. Thoroughly Recommend BJB

Sarah dickens and Tresa Harris have both been great, they are always enthusiastic, willing to help and resolve any queries that I have raised. I appreciate their service, I hope the lettings team are just as good in Crewe as I’m looking to rent my house out with them because of Sarah and Tresa’s service.

I would highly recommend butters John bee winsford, Tresa Harris is absolutely fantastic, very pleasant, professional, and very responsive, I will be using this branch in the future.

Tresa in the winsford branch seems to lsck thw ability to communicate with buyers of properties. We have arranged to view a property to find out it was under offer from their website on Thursday. The viewing was booked for Saturday and this was arranged on a Monday. Tresa couldn't be bothered bothered let us know about this - absolute poor communication from her. Apparently she is a senior sales partner - I don't see how. Not only has this taught us not to consider using BJB to buy a house, we wouldn't use them to sell either given the chaotic experience we've had. My mum is in the process of selling her property and was considering using these - she isn't now because #TresaCantBeTrusted. If 0 stars could be given for her service that would be too much.
