Bought 2 energy saving plugs from them. They sent the wrong ones .Tried to get in touch NO ANSWER. Then seen it on TV there a SCAM!!!!!

The Sleep Pulse has never worked. There is no light or any sense that it is anything but rubbish.
But the seller will not respond to my emails at all. I have sent about 5 messages to them about this.
This is a scam organisation and the product is trash

I have mailed then 4 times to return an item and they have failed to respond. I wish l had looked the reviews before l ordered from them. They are a scam company and DO NOT USE THEM. You have been warned.

This company is useless just a big rip off. They sent the wrong item then told me I was responsible for paying for the return to Hong Kong.

This company as others have said is a disgusting scam !
Item nothing like order description and they are trying to get me to pay for return postage which is twice the amount of item ! Absolute scum bags. My bank is getting my money back via a recharge!

I go along with the other reviewers on here, this company is a scam and never respond to emails. I didn’t receive what I ordered and can’t get through to the company as they don’t reply.

Recently received order from them, however, not what I ordered. They expect me to pay postage to return item and the address they have given has no City or postcode so could be anyplace in the world. Rubbish after sales service.

This company does nothing but scam money from people. I needed a blood sugar monitor as my diabetes is not good. This was advertised as reading glucose levels even called it Diabeasy but that’s not what it is it’s a pulse meter. Why are they allowed to do this they are messing with peoples health. Absolutely disgraceful then they ignore you and will not refund

I bought a blood glucose monitor for my diabetes and I was sent a blood pressure monitor. I emailed many times and they never answer. Save your money.

I have bought a dress that is of such an inferior quality and design, that I need to return it to the sender.
There is an email address to report problems to the Company, but nobody ever replies to you.
This is yet another scam advertisement on Facebook…buyer beware!!!
Also, reading through the mostly bad reviews on Trustpilot, how dare this Company threaten its customers with bad curses like car accidents when being accused of dubious practices. They should be reported to the police.

I bought a glucose monitor as I was recently diagnosed with diabetes. This outfit sent me a pulse monitor which is of no use whatsoever to me. Have emailed several times with no response. A company to stay clear of, they are rubbish. One day I will learn to check reviews before ordering from these scam companies. STAY CLEAR!!!

I bought a fingertip oxygen censor that checks blood sugar and no numbers come up on screen so it’s no good and won’t reply to my email keep away from this company they are Chinese instagram shouldn’t allow clowns like this to advertise

I ordered a set of 4 templates to make woven placemats. First of all, only three of the 4 were in the package. Second, the larges template was broken in many pieces due to inadequate packing.
They offered me $15 refund (I spent $58). I declined. They refused to replace the broken and missing item. They refused to refund the replacement cost of the broken and missing item. They refused to do what any reputable merchant would do. I will NEVER order from them again. I recommend staying as far away from this merchant as possible, unless you like being taken advantage of and receiving broken, missing or crappy products.

I ordered two bras, in a size 36 D, received 6 bras, in packages with that size printed on it but the bras were so tinny l would think they are a 10 A. Nearly covers my nipples. Can't get hold of company and feel ripped of as this cost me $100 dollars and they are useless to me. DONT order anything from this company. It's a lucky dip l am afraid.

Buvala broke the basic rule of marketing which is trust. I bought a pair of leather slippers that ended up being cheap plastic materials. I never got an answer from them or my money back. I advice my many friends never to buy anything from them!

I bought an XL satin top and pants set. Fits perfectly. It's suitable for daily wear and parties. Happy with the material.
